1. Answer my phone calls.2. Answer my emails requesting a phone call. I've been a long time customer. Even bought a new laptop from TotalTech360. They were always very helpful, until I tried contacting them many times over the past four weeks. Can't even get customer service to answer the phone. Considering looking for another tech support company.
total tech care used to work on my computer. starting three weeks ago total was unsuccessful on adding cannon t4720 to my computer. after numerous emails and phone calls for total tech has not answered communicated with me on above problem. i down to a point i the want my membership 175.00 refunded.i have tried over 30 times to communicate with total as of 9-2-22. does anyone have suggestions how to communicate with total. as of 9-17-22. there has been no response from total. once total receives your money no refunds are given. total canceled my account, they can me for last request i want to actually close my account
These guys really helped me out, were able to get everything working exactly how i need it working. Got all of my pop ups and advertisements take care of and made sure i could access everything easily. Your amazing thank you!
The two technicians who serviced my computer were highly professional and extremely courteous. It was a pleasure to have had the privilege to communicate with them. Their explanations concerning what they were doing were lucid and informative. Also, the computer experts with whom I spoke were ErmaneSimone and Daniel. Both are excellent representatives of your company. Utah is a beautiful state.

I am so pleasantly surprised that when I accidently found Total Tech Care 360 I would get such personal service. The techs had so much patience with me and fixed every problem I had with my computer. It would have cost me so much more time and money to have a computer person come to my house and fix everything they fixed. They cleaned all the "junk" out and got my email working again. Again, thank you.
