Savee was super helpful. I had a complicated question and they went above and beyond to get me the answer. I am grateful and impressed with the customer service. Customer service has been such a let down in other places lately and this was so refreshing!

Great experience over all
While it took a bit to get our order, Stephanie with customer services made us feel comfortable with waiting, she updated us every step of the way. Now the product, we ordered Liliana Mauve Performance Velvet Counter Stools, I knew that I would like them but didn’t know I would LOVE them, we went ahead and ordered two more straight away. The quality, the color, the feel of them is just perfect!

Absolutely horrible experience—got the…
Absolutely horrible experience—got the Corey king bed, and the chemical smell from the headboard is still strong two months later! I bought this bed and had high hopes initially, but boy, was I disappointed. It’s been two months, and the smell is only 30% gone. I've been ventilating the room every day with all the windows open, but even that doesn’t help. Stay away from this bed unless you want to get chemical poisoning.

It’s the worst customer service and the bad quality and looking they like when they said that they will return they don’t accept any return all the time they try to find any reason to say no we cannot accept it. They didn’t allowed you to cancel if you are canceled they gonna get fee for that for any of the reason and I never ever gonna buy from this company again they try just to get your money for any of the reason they don’t care about the customer

I’ve had a great experience with TOV
I’ve had a great experience with TOV, largely thanks to their customer service—specifically Miko. I previously ordered a dresser from TOV that I absolutely love and found to be great quality, which is what led me to order a couch as well.I initially purchased the couch with white glove delivery, but later decided to order an additional piece to attach to it. Since it was a separate order, it wasn’t automatically eligible for white glove delivery. I reached out to customer service and was lucky enough to get Miko, who walked me through the entire process and was able to consolidate the orders and override the system.I’m big on customer service, and Miko truly went above and beyond to make things seamless and stress-free. Because of that experience—and the quality of the furniture—I’d definitely recommend TOV.

I've had the BEST experience working with Latoya! She's extremely knowledgeable, knows her products, patient, helpful, gets back to you right away, checks on you during the whole process of purchasing your furniture, even after it's delivered to make sure her customer is fully satisfied! She literally helped us choose every piece of furniture for our entire house and we love it. Latoya is literally just AMAZING at what she's doing. Very unprofessional behavior
I worked briefly with this company creating images for their website. After the work was delivered, they stopped responding and never paid for the services provided.Very unprofessional behavior and poor communication. I would not recommend working with them.

Horrible shipping
We placed an order on Dec 2. They kept delaying the shipping and processing until EVERY item we ordered comes in. Because their website claims 2-3 weeks it’s “once shipped” and after “every item comes in”. So they delayed shipping until 1 item on “back order” came in.

Savee was amazing. She answered my questions correctly and promptly and gave me her direct line to follow up. She also followed up with me at the specified time. I don’t think I have ever received such quick and efficient customer service from any company! Super duper happy with Savee!!!!

Buyer beware. After completing my order and card fully charged TOV is charging me an additional $330 for shipping per part of order (1 item ships late due to back order).

I had purchased a couch from tov and then i saw it had gone down further in sale. my order was not yet delivered so they honored the pric match which made a huge difference for me. this is my fourth item from tov and i am so happy with them!!!

Best customer service I've ever gotten, our rep Savee was amazing
We had a special situation with a deadline that required a lot of back and forth and last minute changes and I would just like to say THANK GOD for Savee, who was our contact throughout all of this. She was so, so, so helpful, so kind and I felt like she genuinely cared about providing the best service she could. She took what could have been a super stressful situation (for me) and made it an excellent experience. If I could give 10 stars I would, just for Savee alone. I am 10x more likely to order from TOV Furniture now that I know that if I had questions or needed something, they'd go above and beyond with their customer service. They were flexible, fast and understanding.
