Preorders that never turn up
Preorders that never turn up, non refundable deposit, no reply of any kind when you contact them. If you can’t see from all the other feedback that these people are arrogant scammers then you deserved to get ripped of. DO NOT BUY, DO NOT BUY ,DO NOY BUY. I won’t even bother to try to get my money back, it’s a waist of time, fair trading will do nothing the only way to get rid of these rude people is to not buy from them.

Terrible Business
Utter shambles of a company. I really wish I'd looked them up before placing an order with them.Ordered 2 X-Transbots figures from them in early January 2021. I paid for them and received an email a few days later to say the figures were being despatched. All well and good, right?Wrong. I emailed about 2 weeks later to chase the order up, as it was still showing as being "ready for collection" by their courier company. No response. I emailed again in March to chase it up again and got an email back in MAY where they asked for "a few days" to investigate matters. It's now January 2022 - 7 months on - and I've heard nothing from them since. I have demanded a refund which, from the sounds of things, will never come.Do yourselves a favour and stay as far away from this criminal outfit as you can.

Over 6 PO's not fulfilled, no responses to emails, FB mesg, etc!
I have over 6 pre-orders from them backed dated to 2018. None of the PO's were fulfilled even though all of them have been paid for. Have been trying to contact them for years now but I have received only 2 or 3 responses. Their customer service is non-existent and they rip you off without a second thought. Their Facebook pages are full or excuses and you can never get a response from them (easier to win tatts lotto) "so you know what the odds are!"DO NOT buy from them ever. There are other people who have had the same issues or even worse. I have lost more than 2000$ via PO with them. I even went to the ACC, fair trade Australia and PayPal but nothing could be done as they never respond. Legal fees are way too expensive for me to file a case against them. The law here covers and protects such criminals and doesn't protect hard-working people like me.Stay away from their sales, super cheap prices as it's all BS. They have also changed their website which doesnt enable me to look at the my previous orders and the installments that have been paid out so far. I only hope and pray no one else falls prey to these immoral scammers!

Terrible business run by terrible people
Used to be decent but went bad, took hundreds of dollars in pre-orders but then stopped updating, started ignoring all emails and attempts at communicating, items came out everywhere else and toyboy imports just ignored meThank God for QLD Dept of fair trading who finally got all my money refunded 2 years after these frauds took itAvoid unless you like being laughed at and ridiculed by these two lowlives

Premium Collectables v2.0
Remember Premium Collectables? TBI is the sequel. Same modus operandi: great preorder prices, never delivered, all contact ignored (that means you, "Kylie"). You could be waiting MONTHS or even YEARS for a preorder and it may still never come in. They claim they can't get them shipped, yet they somehow have in-stock items that must have also shipped. Because apparently the ships carrying the preorders are different from the ships carrying the non-preorders (right?). No communication, no advisories, no status updates. Emails ignored. Contact form ignored. They'll make up some stupid excuse and implement "improvements" that improve nothing. Latest excuse is a problem with ZenDesk (a global, name-brand cloud service) that nobody else in the world experienced. Don't waste your time or your money with this pathetic, dishonest company. You'll certainly see them in court, just like PC.

Only excellent experiences
My shopping experience with TBI relates only to in stock items, and not pre-orders. Each time I have purchased with TBI, I’ve had my item shipped quickly, packed very nicely, and had it arrived in the quoted delivery time. I can’t ask for more than that.

Excellent!
I've been buying collectibles from Toybot Importz for several years now. They have a great selection of collectibles from an ever-growing range of brands, including many hard to source lines. They always have the best prices and frequent sales make it even better. The reward program has given me many additional discounts. The items always arrive extremely well packaged to ensure collectibles are protected. Most of my purchases have been pre-orders and they always come through. I reccomend Toybot Importz and will continue to use them as my main supplier of collectibles.

Stay WELL away from this useless outfit
I've made the mistake of buying from these incompetent fools twice now, but never again.Both items to be fair were preorders. The first had some delays but I was never told about any of them, I had to actively try and contact them to find out the status, many times never receiving a reply. I received my item a year later.2nd item similar situation, preorder, but this time zero delays. I ordered the item in June/July 2019, it released Jan 2020 and I received it about 2 weeks ago. Constantly trying to track down what the situation was, got a couple of replies in feb/march with excuses and then zero replies to my attempts to find out what was going on until it just showed up one day.Spend your money elsewhere, there are plenty of other quality places to get your figures from.They have a facebook group to help with issues people have, but it has post approval on and they only allow posts from their mates complimenting them. I tried to ask on there where my stuff was numerous times and never had my posts approved. People were left to comment on posts that had been approved to try and get their questions answered.I asked a question about their facebook group in another that I'm a member of and I was removed from their group cause I had spoken about it outside of it, which is apparently not allowed. They are just trying to control their feedback to make it seem like nothings wrong when really they are absolutely useless in every aspect

I placed pre-order in July 2019
I placed pre-order in July 2019. Still waiting on goods. Numerous emails and messages via Facebook, their online support line, Twitter have yielded one response. The response was they will ship soon. That was in Jan 2020. Since then, there have been on news. I tried to send another message via Twitter but was blocked.They have opened a shop front but they cannot fulfill their pre-orders. They have kept my money and have not replied for requests for a full refund.Please avoid this company!!!

Scammed...
Pre-ordered a figure on June 2019 with the release date of September 2019, it is now June 2020 still have not got it. Emailed them numerous times with zero reply, I could've ordered from other sites like Sugotoys and would of got it already. Just avoid this site the two people that runs it are very unprofessional.

Awaiting 6 items of pre-ordered figurines. Over $500. They are a small operation. I wrote them many times and it took a while to get a reply.If you preorder, you need a lot of patience to receive your order.

Communication is KEY
They need to learn that communication is KEY. How do you expect people to trust you if you stay silent. If you’re on the fence of ordering, DON’T. Chargeback now if you are waiting for your orders. I received 0 of my orders and 0 replies to my concerns.As of this review, people are still waiting for mp-43 megatron and mp-44 Optimus prime/convoy 3.0. Many have had to chargeback or got a refund for gx-71 chogokin cats Voltron. What does this prove? Stock isn’t guaranteed, which will make the item you’re waiting for cost a lot more than if you ordered elsewhere.

Horrible in every aspect of business.
$700 dollar item arrived in auspost express BAG.Dented corners, total of 1k worth of items were shipped in auspost bags.Still missing 2 pre-orders, both very past their release date. Extremely overdue.Zero communication from them, booted from their customer hq facebook page for asking questions.Give this "company" a wide berth.

Formerly Good Business Gone Rogue
Been a loyal customer of Toybot Importz for around two years. First year was fine and good service, but a steady decline throughout 2019 with no end of excuses. At present over $400 owed to me by business for unfulfilled orders. When they could not get the items, asked for a refund and they refused to refund and continue to break Australian Consumer Law in the way they operate.Will never shop there again and recommend you do not buy from there at all. As of 10 Feb 2019 have not received the many months overdue items or a refund.
