Horrible
This company has horrible service. They keep making excuses for pre-orders being pushed back months and months after the release date. I don't even know where to start with these people. It was an awful, awful experience. Don't waste your time!!!

Good Service, Helpful Staff
I have never had any problems with them. They have a huge list of items they sell and the best part for me is that they have in-stock items that are long gone on other stores. Customer service is great too as each one of my mails have been responded to. their prices seem low compared to stores like jlist and play-asia

their reps arent helpful, they trie to rush your orders to make you pay, refunds are a pain, bad service overall
