I had some difficulty in setting up my TP-Link range extender because of incompatibility settings in my router. I had tried for a couple of hours using various set up methods and changing some router settings that I am familiar with. Eventually I gave in and called TP- Link for support. I must say that I wish I’d done it 2 hours before! It was a complex issue but Joseph quickly understood my issues and calmly and very patiently (I am a bit slow on the keyboard) managed to help me resolve everything and the Extender is now working fine and doing what it is supposed to do. I couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks

Excellent Support When Needed

Great Service and Fault Resolution
Glenn, was great polite and wanted to help, he identified the equipment (TC82) quickly we went through some basic problem solving step to no avail leading to a replacement unit being placed on order

Amazing tech support agent
Cris was my tech support agent when I had difficulty setting up my AX1800 router. She made the process so easy and simple. Her communication skills were good and very thorough. I am pleased with my router and noticed an improvement in the speed, coverage and reliability as there has been no drop outs so far.
