Unauthorised subscription billing after cancellation
I took the free trial in late December 2023, then on 1st January 2024 paid £47.25. I had decided not to continue and cancelled my subscription before the next payment for February through my account with Traders Evolve. However, randomly on 28th July 2024, Daniel Meraz Enterprise (Traders Evolve) charged my card for £46.70. This was not authorised, no billing notification email and no access to my old existing account. I had emailed support on the same day informing them of this case, requesting a reversal or refund. It stated that they will reply within 24 hours. It has now exceed this timeframe and still no response.

Lots of unnecessary risky trades
Lots of unnecessary risky trades. Pretty much plays every single candle, quick (in/out). Couldn't pass topstep eval account with members in a week due to over trading. Lots of resets due to over trading. Not my trading style.

Probably the worst trading room
Probably the worst trading room I've ever joined and there's a lot of bad ones out there. Danny is your typical fake guru who likes to gunsling. Big ego and big temper. Blows up a lot of accounts, with the occasional big winner. And when it is a big win, you'll see it plastered everywhere on social media. But what you don't hear about are all the many losses he takes. He's rarely transparent, even though he claims to be. Today on TopStep TV live was the perfect example. Danny called out a long towards the end of market close. Said his stop was 50 ticks. Trade went well over 50 ticks against him, but he didnt say a word. Finally when one of the TopStep traders asked him if he's still in, he replied he was and that he had added on. Danny remained quiet pretty much the entire time, not being transparent and in the end took a BIG loss. We dont even know how much since he doesn't honor his stops.He constantly degrades members in the room when he's taking a loss. Several times he's even withheld telling members the next trade he's in because he's mad and says we don't deserve to know. The most childish attitude I've ever seen.There's a reason why he constantly has sales. Once you try him for a month, you won't want to renew. Unless of course you just like blowing out your accounts.

Traders Evolve is a great community of traders working together to make each other better. Danny is an amazing mentor. I have learned so much from him and was able to pass a prop firm challenge and become profitable. He is realistic with what you should expect, how you should be thinking in terms of the markets and has amazing risk management practices. The other moderators are awesome also this is the best community I been apart of no fluff serious trading and growing together in mind, charts and spirit. My experience with TEF/ Community shifted my whole mindset and changed my everyday schedule in life, in so many good ways. I started Trader Evolve almost a year ago now and all I can say is wow! I don’t use the same strategy as danny anymore but thats the beautiful thing about TE. There are many traders in here with many different strategies. It is an amazing community filled with people willing to help. TE has completely changed my life and my way of thinking.
