I like TravelPapa.com, as per me it is one of the best airfare websites. I've been using TravelPapa.com for years and I've always found their website and services really really good!
I was a bit reluctant to buy two tickets through Travelpapa based on some reviews, but I was very satisfied with the result. The fare was significantly better than any other source. The booking website and email confirmation/info was not as profession as the major travel sites. But when I emailed them for more ticket detail after the booking, they quickly provided the additional info I requested (eticket numbers, and confirming the Booking Reference number). From that point on, the eticket worked the same as if booked from any major ticket provider. I won't hesitate to use them again.
I found travelpapa when I was researching airfares on the Monomdo.com meta airfare search site. Travelpapa had a great airfare and when I called their customer service number it was promptly answered. I even checked their rating on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) web site and they had an A+ rating. But they were not formally “accredited by BBB” which is one of the reasons why I decided to go with an alternate site. I hope travelpapa seeks BBB accreditation. That would greatly help their reputation and standing in the business. When buying an expensive international ticket, I would never settle for a ticket from a travel agency that does not have a BBB accreditation.
When I booked the ticket for my sister with Travel papa I realized that for some reason the dates got switched and the return date is incorrect. I contacted them right away and they said that I have to pay $250 exchange fee while round trip ticket cost me $300. Later I wanted to cancel the return flight but the wouldn't give me the money back. In addition spiking to a travel papa agents is like talking to yourself. The ignore you and they definitely don't want to deal with you !!! They didn't even care that my sister was very sick and she had 2 doctors notes with her saying that she urgently needs to be back home earlier than the return flight was originally booked.The worst costumer service ever. I will never be their costumer again and I will let people know about this untrustworthy company!!!
quick qnd good ... always get ticket on my email on time and fast! never been experience any problems with them!
