Poor product, poor customer service
Review I submitted to website: (dec 2021)“Purchased these in the end of august, and just grabbed the bag out of the cabinet & they are heavily molded! They don’t expire until end of July, which is 7+ months away! Disgusting!!”They then emailed me, saying “ Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!”So then I emailed them, including pictures. This is what they said“We appreciate the time you have taken to contact us regarding our True Chews Natural Chews. We’re sorry you were disappointed. We take quality very seriously and always aim to exceed your expectations! Feedback like yours is very helpful as we are continually looking for ways to improve our products. The product states on the back of the package that they are to be used within 30 days of opening. Thank you for being a loyal True Chews consumer! Please let us know if you have any questions in the future; we’re here to help! Have a wonderful day!”Keep in mind, the bag IS sealed. So the 30 days should not be in effect. I then emailed them back, stating such and included pictures… no response
