Poor business policies for the disabled and elderly
As my father's power of attorney, I called to update his address and discuss his premiums. He is currently in a longterm care facility and unable to manage his affairs. The representative would not update his address nor discuss his policy with me; they only informed me his policy will be cancelled and then hung up.

How they can attain a life insurance and not have to pay extreme amount of money out of their own pockets.
