Misrepresentation of Services
This company has completely lost my trust, and I will not engage with them in the future. They accepted my payment but then refused to cover essential illness and travel costs, which I find particularly disrespectful as a senior. Their pervasive misrepresentation has left me no choice but to file a claim in Small Claims Court. Stay away from this company.
