This company is now going by bathparts.com or bath and spa superstore. Rod Kidman is one of the worst people to ever buy fro., he doesn't stand behind his products. He started to bathparts.com because of all pad reviews from US Parts Center

Do not purchase from this company

Do not purchase from this company. They don’t have a phone number on their website for a reason. They don’t return emails. Can’t get an RMA out of them for an exchange. Terrible customer service.

Do not order!!!!!

We ordered brake claws december 2022.December 2023 they were broken. We called and explained the thing. We could send the old ones back, and we could get 50% money of the new ones.We did send the old ones to them. But in a normal box, not a box of them. Now they can’t/ want do anything for us

Same exact situation

Same exact situation. Orders a heat pump, it came w/o sensors and clearly NOT the pump described or shown in photo. Now getting the run around, “we contacted accounting & returns”. This is a BOGUS company beware!

Bait and switch!

I ordered a heater for my hot tub. The site clearly stated the name of the brand name part with a pic of the heater. What I received was a universal heater without sensors that looked nothing like the pic shown and described on the US Parts Center site. I could have bought that universal heater else ware online for $30 less. My emails to US Parts Center requesting a return have gone unanswered for more than a week now. I just want them to right the wrong. Not Happy!

Ordered a part 1 month ago

Ordered a part 1 month ago, still not fulfilled. We cannot get an answer at the phone # listed, we cannot get a response from the email listed and the “live chat” on their site does not work! They have our $$$$, beyond frustrated that we cannot get a response!

we bought a pump from them it came 2…

we bought a pump from them it came 2 weeks ago they send the wrong pump and now we can not get a hold of anybody to have it corrected phone number they post you get a short ring and nothing my husband send 2 emails so far no respond i contact them on twitter nothing if we will not hear from them by end of the week we will get legal representation its bs you buy something and they send the wrong part and dont want to correct it if i could give a 0 i would

ordered air switch for hot tub

ordered air switch for hot tub. paid and received two months later. refused shipment as I ordered from another company installed and paid 30 days later by warranty company before I received their part. no refund forthcoming. Doug Amarillo, TX.

This is one of the companies that are in the frontline to ensure that the customers are well attended to. They work tirelessly to ensure that they server their customers well. Those who have been dealing with them have confirmed to us that they are good, their prices are also okay. I think they are the best at this time.

Horrible customer service rep. Have not even received the shipment yet.

Have not even received the order yet but the customer service has been very bad. I placed the order and did not receive an order confirmation. Two days later I receive this review email. Today, I contact customer service to inquire why I had not received any status of my order, but instead, I get a rude customer service rep tell me that the order and shipment confirmations were sent automatically. Well, I told her that I received only 1 of the 3 that she said were sent, and that I had checked spam. She said "I am not going to argue with you, that is how the system works", then leaves the chat. Two minutes later, I get 6 order shipment confirmation emails and 20 order confirmations in my mailbox.

Excellent Service

They answered all my questions quickly, even on Saturday and Sunday. They sent me the correct pump based on a picture I sent them. Pump was delivered a couple days after my order and works great. Will definitely use US Parts in the future.

Good price, poor customer service

I bought a spa heater. The price was good, however, customer service was poor. Confirmation of purchase email did not include estimated delivery date so I emailed requesting date. I did not receive a response. I then requested date by chat and was told that my order was on back order for over a month. The next day I phoned to cancel order and was told that there was no reason for back order because they had 27 of the heaters I ordered in stock. I received an email the following day that my order had been filled and was being shipped. I received my order 6 days later.It seems as though the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing.
