solutions I had a terrible experience with the customer service of Baytree casinos. They seemed incompetent and unhelpful. They didn't know the company structure, and which casinos belonged to which parent company group. Baytree casino groups include Palace group, which includes Royal Mummy Gold and PCasino, and Belle Rock group, which includes Jackpotcity. They didn't honour their promotions and had no understanding of their terms or how to correct anything.What's even more frustrating is their customer service agents seemed untrained and unaccountable. It felt like the Wild West, and everyone was making their own laws. They were incompetent and didn't seem to care about their customers. They all claimed to be a manager, and there was no way to escalate a complaint or to get a more knowledgeable staff member to help. They were intentionally bullying and unhelpful.I blame the company for their staffing choices and lack of training. They don't seem to care about their customers anymore, and that's unacceptable.
