Called about a quote that had received…
Called about a quote that had received on Saturday wanted to know how long a quote last and was told they don’t last so I was asking the person was being really rude to me for inquiring wow then she hung up on me no patience with customers that’s not very nice cause you never know what a person is going thru this person had no type of kindness in her heart especially when your selling something

This auto insurance company has always been great. The customer service is impeccable. I’ve never had any problems anytime I’ve called. They’ve always answered. They’ve always given me the right answer and if they don’t have the answer right in there, they will definitely get in touch with you and let you know what you need to do. And they are committed to finding you the cheapest rate possible and they’re upfront and tell you what the rates are of other companies so they have nothing to hide. I love the transparency.
