Disappointing Experience with Ultraformer III Purchase from Venn Health Care
We purchased the Ultraformer III from Venn Health Care two years ago, investing over £35,000 with the expectation that it would deliver significant results for our clinic. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. The machine has provided minimal benefit, and despite our efforts, we have not seen any return on investment.What’s more concerning is the complete lack of support from Venn Health Care. After reaching out to them multiple times for assistance in selling the machine due to the financial losses we’ve incurred, we received no response. Their disregard for customer service has not only hurt our clinic financially but has also contributed to our difficult decision to close the business.I strongly advise anyone considering dealing with Venn Health Care to reconsider. Based on our experience, both the product and the service provided have fallen far short of acceptable standards.Please don’t make the same costly mistake we did.
