Outstanding Service
Natalia was awesome. We were in a rush and started with a familiar lender (with all my previous inf0) and were having difficulties. Natalia made a pitch for Veterans First, ran the numbers and got us to closing in record time. Everything was explained well and correct when we went to sign at settlement. We also had a few laughs along the way.We ended up with the best rate available and made a friend for life. We promised to look her up when we are on the West Coast.

Finally, an honest Loan Officer who respects your time and intelligence!
I cannot recommend Craig highly enough. After dealing with multiple loan officers who tried to play games with numbers, finding Craig was a breath of fresh air.I specifically requested a 7/6 ARM. While other lenders wasted my time trying to switch my loan terms, trick me into buying down the interest rate, or hiding fees to make their offers look better, Craig did exactly what I asked. He stuck to the 7/6 ARM and provided legitimate, apples-to-apples comparisons. When he did propose alternatives, they were honest and within a normal range—meant to help me, not fool me.Craig was the only person capable of providing a genuine competing offer against my current lender. Even better? The very next day, he beat his own offer without me even having to ask.The process was incredibly efficient. We spent less than 15 minutes total on the phone and exchanged maybe 15 emails. He is direct, thorough, and responsive. If you want a professional who operates with integrity and gets the job done without the "sales" fluff, call Craig. I will be recommending him to everyone I know.
