Victory snatched from the jaws of defeat
You learn nothing about a company and their employees when all goes perfectly to plan. So.... that was not my experience with Victor. My buffing pad package got sent to the wrong adress by APC courier, then when attempting to re-deliver to the correct address, they lost it, never to be seen again, I can only assume they've been taking lessons from Yodel. None of this was Victor Floorcare's fault, but it obviously falls to their after sales team to turn a disgruntled cutomer into a gruntled one.I am full of gruntle now, and perhaps even slightly grateful for APC's ineptitude.Joanna was helpful... and fun. Give that lady a bonus!
