I want to share my experience with Vimel Technology so that others are aware before making a purchase. I ordered a pen recorder from them with the expectation of receiving a reliable product backed by the warranty and consumer protections they advertise. Unfortunately, the device arrived malfunctioning right out of the box.I immediately contacted Vimel Technology, not once, but on three separate occasions, politely requesting either a refund or a replacement unit. After some back-and-forth, they instructed me to return the product. I did so in good faith, trusting their assurances. Yet after sending the item back, I never heard from them again. No replacement was sent. No refund was issued. My money was simply taken, and the company went silent.This is not the behavior of a serious or reputable business. Any legitimate company would honor its warranty and respect the consumer’s right to return a faulty product within the 7-day return period. Instead, Vimel Technology demonstrated a complete disregard for basic accountability and customer service.A business that refuses to uphold its own promises erodes consumer trust. Their lack of professionalism and unwillingness to resolve such a straightforward matter shows that they do not stand behind their products. As a result, I will be filing a formal complaint with Consumer Affairs so that others are warned and hopefully spared from a similar ordeal.To anyone considering a purchase: be very cautious. Companies that behave in this way damage the integrity of online commerce and take advantage of honest customers.
