I had an issue with a Element Roam cycling computer that stopped working, and contacted the customer support for help in resolving the issue.I received a reply the next day, but unfortunately it would seem that the issue was terminal.even though the commuter was nearly 4 years old, I was offered a discount of 40% off the price of a new one.I was very pleased with the fast response as well as the discount offer, as with the age of the item, I did not expect such service
I recently contacted Wahoo customer services when my Speedplay Powermeter pedals stopped producing reliable data. I no longer had the receipt for my pedals (which I had had for about 4 and 1/2 years). After providing some confirmatory information and trying their fixes, I was sent a brand new set of pedals. Odd to see other reviews slating Wahoo's customer service but in my experience it has been superb.
Absolutely appalling customer service. I have a broken £3000 Kickr Bike v2 under warranty, and in 3 weeks of constant chasing I've only had one useless (probably automated or AI) response. Very frustrating. I will never buy another Wahoo product.
Had my wahoo for less than a year and it’s broke the battery will not charge! I’ve been in touch with wahoo who state that since it was purchased from eBay albeit in a brand new state they don’t give warranty on electronics. I never knew this was a thing I thought by law all electrical appliances had warranty full stop and especially a big well known company as wahoo! One of the main reasons for me buying this product! They have offered me a 40% discount to purchase another one but why would I do that when I have been hit so badly with my first and now my last product that I will ever buy from wahoo! Will also be making friends and family in my cycling club very aware of this! Very disappointed
I submitted a one star review earlier. Since then, my issues have been resolved. The biggest disservice was the terrible communication via their automated attendant on their phone system. The message was that they are closed Dec 24, 25 and 26th. I called on December 29th. The message was changed to we are closed for the holidays. I called on January 5th. The message was changed to phone support is closed, please call back tomorrow. I called on January 6th and got the same message. I finally reached them on January 7th. I do not understand why they just didn't explain that phone support is closed December 24th through January 6th. They led me to believe they were going out of business. They resolved my issues by replacing my Kickr with a factory refurbished one as my old one was out of warranty and deemed unrepairable. The factory refurb is working fine. They replaced my old one as a goodwill gesture as they did not have to replace it at all.
Ok, I made a mistake on my order, in my defense the web site was not at all clear on the configuration of the kickr core I was buying. But this should be an easy fix, right? No. Its been impossible to get any traction, I realised the mistake within ten minutes of ordering (the order confirmation was the first place it was clear that I have not ordered the correct version) and I raised a support call to stop the order. Nothing heard back. Then the product arrived. Now I am looking at returning it (unopened) but my order shows as non-returnable (presumably because I used a support discount to buy it). So, its now almost 5 days since my initial support ticket and nothing from them at all. Yes, I can buy the alternative part - but that is not the point here.
⭐ 1 Star – Still waiting after more than a month for a proper return labelI ordered a small adapter kit from Wahoo Fitness by mistake and contacted their support immediately to cancel the order. Unfortunately, the package shipped anyway — understandable, these things happen.However, what followed has been a month-long struggle just to receive the correct return label.I clearly requested UPS because there is no FedEx drop-off location anywhere close to my home or workplace.Wahoo confirmed in writing that they would send UPS labels via their external logistics partner — but nothing ever arrived.After several follow-ups, I finally received… a FedEx label.At this point, I’ve spent over 30 days trying to return an unopened item that I never even intended to purchase.Support agents have been polite, but the execution and coordination with their logistics partner are completely broken.It should not take this long, or this many emails, to get a simple return label.Very disappointing experience for a brand that otherwise sells great products.
Amazing customer service from Wahoo Fitness - Mackenzie. I ordered the wrong bike trainer by mistake and contacted them to see what my options were. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional from start to finish. Instead of making things complicated, they went above and beyond and they are sending me the missing part for free — no hassle at all. Super happy with the experience.

Wahoo Kickr v6 deadI believe the life expectancy of their home trainers are about 3-4 years or 2.000km, based on my own experience and from what I read online.(Try to google wahoo kickr speed sensor / cadence / power issues)I paid 1200 euro for my trainer when it came out, and it stopped working some months ago.I have been writing the costumer support for some months now. The reply time is 7-12 days per email response.They write me to do a lot of pointless tests with my trainer that doesn’t give an output.So my conclusion is, that if you want to have a wahoo home trainer in your setup you should buy the cheapest one (wahoo kickr core) and then expect to replace it every 3rd year when it wears out. That would cost you about 200 euro per year, and you would have a great workout experience.
After my wahoo broke, I contacted customer service who said it can be repaired and to reply with a time a date for collection. I replied immediately and have yet to receive any confirmation on collection. As I will be leaving the premises. I have been waiting for 5 days for confirmation and have already altered travel plans and tickets. I need it collected immediately.
Paddy from their customer service is awesome. I had trouble setting up the click and cog. At first it was assumed it was an issue with the product but actually it was me. I had no idea that I needed to download the companion app and pair the click with the cog! I now have it sorted and working well. Paddy was patient and sent a replacement part, which was delivered very quickly. I genuinely have no complaints at all with their customer service and would highly recommend.
I had a faulty Wahoo Element Roam v1. Customer service were a little slow to respond to emails so I phoned them. They were very helpful and even though the existing unit was over their two year warranty period they sent me a new Roam V3 with the chest strap accessory free of charge. Overall I would say that was way more than they needed to do. Very happy
For starters wahoo emails and never talk. Hiding behind the email? The instructions are not clear and what they tell u to do makes no sense. The apologetic emails seem generated by AI and I am sure even AI is tired of putting them together. Now, I like their products, I think the product are top. I just want wahoo to recommend somebody that can service and provide true customer service. Screw the gtee, I already know is not good. But as I said, I like their products, just recommend somebody that can help me. Maybe one day wahoo will figure out the meaning of customer service.
Spent a lot of money on a Kickr Bike - which after a couple of years has starting to smell like it was burning. Obviously stopped using it immediate and have been trying to contact Wahoo to find a solution / get a repair. Their customer support is NON EXISTENT. It's been a week now with a potential fire risk product and not a reply despite chasing! absolutely terrible corporate responsibility or total lack of more like! I've bought a number of Wahoo products - but based on this experience would avoid in future

Charles P is an absolute Legend in support. I've had issues connecting my Wahoo Kickr to Strava & Garmin Connect (even though it says it is connected) and Charles P has stayed with me in the support journey all the way.We're not quite there but making huge stridesPay rise for that man!
Element bolt didn't work anymore after a year+. They took it back and not only gave me a new one, it was an updated version.I'd go here for everything including milk and bread if they sold it.
Purchased a Zwift Ride / Wahoo Kickr Core. 4 out of 5 packages delivered. DPD lost the last one, which means I can't set the bike up. Can't speak to anyone at Wahoo, and DPD also unhelpful. Submitted a support ticket to Wahoo. Very very slow to respond given the amount of money spent. Very very annoyed. No customer care at all. How can you provide customer service if you won't speak to them?
