Great experience
Top notch customer service and fair prices -- not much more you could ask for. I ended up buying a Master-Bilt blast chiller after talking to one of their salespeople and it has been perfect so far. They're also very responsive by email or over the phone (they prefer not to text).

I'm a general contractor and I needed equipment on short notice... walked in was greeted... I'd sent an email the afternoon before and got a reply in quick order that they had what was looking for. They set me up and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes. Prices are highly competitive... staff is genuine and helpful. I like the place so much, I went back this morning with my wife and let her shop... again staff was awesome...

Terrible customer service and a broken freezer
Just a terrible experience. Took over six weeks to receive our freezer and then finally when they did deliver the freezer they dropped it off to one of our kitchen people and left. That same day I opened the box to a completely broken freezer and immediately reached out to their customer service. They said this would be a claim against the freight but that we didn’t check it before it got dropped off to our back kitchen. They filed a claim against the freight company and were denied (which took over 4 weeks). So here we are 10 weeks from ordering from warehouse restaurant deals and basically got taken for $1000. What a scam this place is!!!

Loves this store - UPDATED REVIEW - Great proactive customer service!
Love this store... everything we need under one roof, and we will certainly go back when the need for supplies arises. July 14, 2020 - UPDATED REVIEW - our previously posted warranty issue with our NEBCO steamer has been satisfactorily resolved... THANK YOU TO DAVE for coming to the rescue... excellent , proactive customer service - most appreciated!

Commercial Refrigerator order
For the last 2 days I worked with Jessie on my large order. He literally went into his warehouse, showed me on face time the exact units he was shipping so I could see the extent of the scratch/dent. Then he provided the serial #'s so the client could contact the mfr. to replace the scratch/dent panels if they were dissatisfied with them when it arrives. I have used this company before working with Brad and he was equally as helpful as Jessie. Thumbs up to the WRS team!Thanks,MJ from DC

I love using Warehouse Restaurant Supply because they always have my supplies that I need. I have a small baking business that I do out of my home and Warehouse has the best staff and supplies for my needs.

I do not own a restaurant
I do not own a restaurant, dinner or cafe, but I have always liked the idea of having the unique and quality restaurant equipment in my own home. I have purchased everything from a toothpick holder to small hand tools and utensils to toaster ovens. I have always gotten my moneys worth and with the exception of one small implement I broke myself, I still have and use everything I've purchased at the store. As a rule, I do not recommend anything to anyone, but in this case I will make an exception. Visit and see for yourself

Great store. They stand by what they sell and have great customer service. One of the reasons why I keep going back is the wonderful customer service they provide. They take the time to talk with you, understand you needs, and make sure you are purchasing the product that is best suited for your needs.
