after fixing a few things, I added a few missing items but once I got to it what I wanted it to be it is super good. the Knowledgebase seems to be out of date or missing information regarding settings for donation store commands might be me. the support is excellent, people reported that the support is slow but the first whitelisting people say takes 1-2 days only took less than one day. overall, worth it and worth the price (sential package)

An amazing company, with great products
My first experiance with WiltOS Technologies was buying their grandmaster package for their first addon for garry's mod. I was majorly satisfied with both the product and the people who work at this company. I have also later purchased other products from them aswell which I feel mostly the same as I do for my first purchase.The products are well built and support many other products both from WiltOS and other developers. While some people may complain about slow support, I've not experianced this issue personally and every ticket response I've recieved has been professional and straight to the point.

wiltOS needs to step up
Alright, I've had wiltOS since the beginning of it's time for my GMod server. The addon itself is cool, but over-priced. Only good thing is they don't make you pay more if they add something to it. "So why the 2-star review?"Because your server needs to be whitelisted and you have to open a ticket. I opened a ticket and they asked so many useless questions with 1-2 day response times only to ask me another question. You wait all this time to just use the product. Goodluck if you wanna buy another product from them and get it whitelisted a week later.

I've used wiltOS products for over four years now across multiple communities and have been more than satisfied by both the quality of their products and effectiveness of their support teams. I know through my own experience with their products that I can trust their work to be done competently and effectively, a quality that can be hard to come by. I've had to troubleshoot many PAID addons that have drastically affected my server's performance over the years, and not once has it been an addon from wiltOSTheir support is both free and painless to work with. If you can follow instructions you won't run into any issues.

Their addons are amazing but I have three gripes1. It is overpriced, especially for a gmod addon2. Their customer support is slow and often unhelpful.3. Set up is harder than it needs to be due to all of the security measures.After all that, the addons is still amazing but I wouldn't get it again.

ALSC is a great addon, customer support is what gets a low review, not only are support tickets long response times but I feel like I truly only get the right and correct support when the ceo responses to my tickets, the support agents don’t really help a lot as from my tickets. With a lot of clients and how long this company has been up I feel like by now that they should have support agents know what they are doing.

WiltOS from the Perspective of a Long Time User
I been working with WiltOS for a few years now purchasing the product before it was offically full launched. They have come a very long way from that time. The product has evolved extremely, and I feel David and WiltOS should be commended for the amazing work and changes they have made. Not only does the lightsaber system feel more clean, user friendly, and optimized. But the staff have been remarkable with providing support, assistance, and encouragement / guidance to their users. As someone that works customer support, I know it is easy, to depersonalize working with people. But David, Julian, Reaper & the community have gone above and beyond with providing quick and useful help and tips. Giving direct solutions and even being willing to explain things when asked never feeling like walls or robots. Great work guys. Keep it up.

Much better experience than I was told. A friend told me that it was a nightmare to get his addon to work. But it was the exact opposite. After purchasing the addon I promptly responded to the ticket with my information and a few minutes later I was told my addon was ready to be processed within 1-2 days. Later that night, my addon was good to go. I followed the instructions they gave me and the addon worked perfectly right out of the box. I can't recommend them enough. So excited for the next line of addons they have in store.

No Decent Addon is worth their Customer support
I bought the Sentinel package this being their most expensive package i expected not only a high quality addon but some decent customer support. What i had when i first bought it was a few weeks going back and forth with them trying to send me the correct and non-corrupt files so it would work and waiting for them to whitelist it, during this one of their support staff was significantly rude and just frankly s***.I also went through the most painful journey you will ever go through with them and that is getting a new server whitelisted, instead of asking you for all the information they need to fill out their security requirements at once they filter them out over a few days which has meant i have now been waiting over a week and a bit for it to be whitelisted.Overall the addon itself once and when its working is good but the customer support and initial setup just isn't worth it and you just have to hope you don't get stuck with an overly hostile member of their support staff.
