Placed my order Dec, 10 with a delivery date of Dec 26. Calling to verify what time they will show up and come to find out that all their phone numbers are disconnected. Their website is also “not found.” Guess they decided to turn into scammers, based on the previous reviews on here. Will begin my Paypal dispute. BEWARE!!!!

Did they take our money and run?
We ordered a couch a few weeks ago with a delivery date of 12/12. They called the Monday before to say it was out of stock and will be shipped on 12/19. Come 12/19, no one has contacted us and we are unable to get a hold of ANYONE. our PO is 7704.

Unethical and Horrible
Horrible, I would give this company, which is more like a fake website 0 stars if I could. We thought we had purchased a sectional online, entered our credit card and they took payment up front with a promised delivery date of two weeks. That was in November, it’s now the middle of December and we keep getting phone calls that the manufacturer is out of stock and they don’t know when the product will be ready. Could be in January could be who knows? We feel completely taken advantage of. Not an ethical website and a terrible experience as we’ve been without furniture in our living room for months now.

I remain "old school" and prefer to see…
I remain "old school" and prefer to see items to touch and feel and determine quality...however, I am extremely pleasantly surprised at the quality of YES Furniture. I chose a coffee table and one end table to finish off a room needing both - It is cherry finish and heavy and sturdy and has a sufficiently large enough surface to use as a "desk." I am remodeling home into "craftsman" style and these tables fit in perfectly. I would/will definitely re-visit YES furniture for any future purchases easy to put together and I am extremely pleased with the quality, weight, size, and overall look and I can be difficult to please...

Our home is furnished with beautiful pieces from yesfurniture.com. Not only they sell quality products but their service is AMAZING! The owner Kevin is very helpful and kind, with our last purchase few days ago, he went above and beyond to help and delivered the furniture himself on his time off; NOW THAT IS SERVICE! Kevin reached out to me regarding my delivery issues and went above and beyond to make sure a sofa was delivered to me on the said delivery date.
