I ordered a product with a resellor and unfortunately the product tasted weird so I contacted Yummy Sports customer service. They resent the product (worth 35$) for free AND gave me a free shaker bottle and sample.
Don’t listen to the bad reviewers. The macros on their iso whey are out of this world. 27g of protein for 112 calories is insanely good. Taste is 7/10, but hey, you can’t have it all.
Bought the K-energy and the greens mango-peach flavor. The Greens smells very strong but taste very good. The kenergy taste way less acidic than any energy drinks i ever tasted and i sweeter than the preworkout c4, which make sense coz its not a preworkout lol. Anyhow. Kenergy is a lil too much on the chemical-taste side. But i still recommand coz it gives a good boost of endrgy, coming from someone working the graveyard shift
Taste is very awful, smells like chemical and taste like chemical, absolutely disgusting, guys goto MYProtien, ON or other brands just dont waste your money on this rubbish
I recently made a purchase from Yummy Sports for 6 bags of protein. The website stated that a serving amount is 30g and servings per container is 75, however the bags I received only contained 33 servings.Therefore I received only 56% of the total quantity I believed I was paying for. I took screenshots of the advertised quantity on the website and contacted customer service. I received no reply and after yet another failed attempt had to file a dispute at PayPal. Finally taking notice of the dispute (thanks to PayPal), Yummy Sports claimed that it was only one page that had the error, however all of my screenshots from the day of my order show that in fact every page had the wrong information. No where on the website did it say 33 servings. In fact what Yummy Sports did, instead of replying or even acknowledging my complaint, they changed their website and claimed that it had always been that way, if only they checked the emails I sent with proof that just the day before showing that ALL pages had the wrong info.You would think that as the error is on their part AND that they had now been caught out with lies trying to cover their tracks that they would accept the fault on their part and do the right thing by at the very least refunding me the difference between what I believed I was paying for and what I received, however on this occasion despite the evidence I have, Yummy Sports appear to prefer to remain in dispute with me at PayPal. Absolutely shocking customer service and so very disappointing that Yummy Sports will do nothing to help a customer who has was at no fault on their part. I will never order from Yummy Sports again.
