Yandex Yerevan-what a scam...
Well, the hotel called for a Yandex Go taxi in Yerevan, to pick me up to the Airport, from centrum it was about 15km, maximum.The driver charged me with 6350AMD, he didn't want to accept card, so I gave to him one bill of 20.000 AMD. He started to tell me something in armenian, I thought that he is asking me if I want the receipt, but meantime he concealed that bill of 20.000 AMD and sharply changed with one of 1000 AMD, telling me that's not enough.I had around 6.000AMD left, but he didn't wanted, so asked me 20 Euros.Such unprofessional taxi driver, soo shameful experience.. I really enjoy Armenia, wanted to come back in October, but he made me to avoid this country...Shame on you, YANDEX!!!

Four days ago, the price for a ride from Hurma to Özel Antalya Koleji was 400 TL. Due to a special event, we requested the same ride again, and the system showed the fare as 500 TL.I spoke to the driver and sent my young son with him, as he was travelling alone. However, the driver charged 700 TL, which is a large difference. Why yandex go don't care about costumesr?
On a ride that normally costs me 380/450 lira, a driver charged put a 900 lt fee on the app, and it was automatically discounted off my debit card! When we ask for help on the app they just answer saying they will check the case and never get back to us. I try to ask for an update and nobody answers! Worse experience ever!

I used Yandex Go for taxi services in Kazakhstan and, even if it was reasonably ok in Almaty, it was a disaster in Astana… Totally unreliable, prices can suddenly become very expensive. And I almost missed my flight… because it showed taxis as arriving and being close and there was nothing! Useless. Will never use them again

This company is the must useless out there. They’re thieves and cheats. I booked a taxi in Serbia, app gave an estimate of RSD 2980. I arrived and they debited RSD 4823 from my card. I reached out to support several times they kept copying and pasting the same nonsense to me. No help at all. DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR OWN GOOD THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

Ordered a taxi through yandexGo app from teracity antalya to askalara. App said 225tl , when driver arrived he said he's got meter in the taxi. At that point it was raining and got in and thought it would be same price as App but when we got to Askalara the price went to 445tl. So becareful with this App and with all taxi drivers in Antalya, they want more fare than actual. So its better to use buses with frequent service.

They started operating in Serbia, I assume due to sanctions and many Russian immigrants there. I don’t understand why they’re allowed to do business there, but let’s avoid politics. I went to visit my girlfriend in Serbia last week, and we went out for a drink. Since the night bus runs about every hour, we decided to call a taxi. We used Yandex, and my girlfriend, who’s from Belgrade, gave them the exact pickup location. They told us we would receive an SMS with details about the taxi and the expected arrival time. Five minutes later, we received a message saying the taxi would be at our location in 7 minutes. We waited for 10 minutes, and I called the number provided in the SMS. The driver said he had been waiting for us for 10 minutes at the specified location. I asked him exactly where he was, and he told me he was at the bus stop. There are six bus stops within a 100-meter radius, so I asked which one he was at. He nervously told me to cancel the ride. Given that it was -4°C outside and we had already waited long enough, I told him we weren’t canceling and asked him to tell me which bus stop he was at. He insisted I cancel the ride again. I explained that I’m not from Belgrade or Serbia and simply asked him to name the bus stop, as we were standing at one and couldn’t see him. He yelled at me to cancel the ride again before hanging up. Ten seconds later, I saw a car pull up next to us—a white Ford taxi, as described in the SMS. The driver laughed at us from inside the car and then drove off. I still don’t understand why he did that, and I have no idea what kind of company this is or who their drivers are. It just felt like a really unprofessional and frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t bother with them again.

Be aware of theft
So my friend ordered yandex from Zvartnots airport and the app said 2300 but the driver charged him 10 thousand drams and when he left the taxi for 2 min to get money out of ATM the driver stole 500$ from the bag . I contacted yandex and they didn’t do anything instead gave me the drivers number and advised to contact him , Like why would I contact a criminal ?! Worst app ever , worst customer service , they don’t do background check on their drivers at all , they hire thieves and criminals.

On our last ride in Yerevan from the hotel to the airport we ordered a Yandex cab and selected the cash payment option to spend the remaining local currency we had left instead of the credit card payment. On arrival at the airport the driver demanded payment of ten times the agreed price by just adding a zero to it. As he wouldn’t let us leave (noting that he didn’t drop us at the airport but outside the parking area) we paid him what he was asking for to make our flight back home. This was the worst experience during our stay and the biggest mistake ordering Yandex with cash payment option.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE, HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT
I've been using YandexGo in Moldova for almost 2 years, pretty much every single day. It's getting more and more painful. I don't know if they're even checking these drivers before having them onboard. It just sucks. I've never been compensated properly after any of my awful experience. They don't really care about customer satisfaction. All these aside, they don't even care about giving an average experience. I wish I had another option that I didn't have to use this terrible service. Just disappointment.
