UK#YESOUL7702I ordered a bike on 31/1. Website said dispatch in 5-7 days. After this passed I chased - no response. After 2 more emails they told me there were delays because of large numbers of orders on Black Friday and Christmas. Why not update the website then?A week or so later I chased again. I was told my bike would dispatch 20 Feb - the date advertised on the website. That’s come and gone and still nothing, and no reply to my last 3 emails. Whenever it arrives, I’m sure the bike will work well but for all the hassle, I wish I’d spent more and bought a Wattbike. This is among the poorest customer service I’ve ever known.

Ordered treadmill on Feb 10th
Ordered treadmill on Feb 10th, told that it would be shipped right away. Still no movement. No order update. Contacted customer service. No response. Told them to cancel my order, then got a response and made offer. Told to cancel order. Again made more offers and that they would ship right away. I sent email back asking for clarification and when I would expect my treadmill, and no response now again from YESOUL. Silence. So again sent email to cancel order or would file fraud with credit card company. Still no response, silence. They offer fast shipping of a product, then don’t follow through, and go silent. Do not recommend.

Customer service was to be the worst. I have emailed Yesoul 6 times and got no response. It makes sense why they don't have a phone number, because once they get your money they don't care about your problems with the bike.

Unusable treadmill
I purchased this treadmill on January 28th and was excited to set it up but the experience has been extremely frustrating.The original shipment did not include the screws required to assemble the treadmill, making it unusable. After waiting nearly a week for a response, customer service requested multiple photos including the manual with specific sections circled and the product ID number. I provided everything requested.After additional delays, replacement parts were finally sent but they were for an outdated version and do not match my treadmill model. The treadmill remains unusable.I have reached out again requesting the correct updated screws and expedited shipping, but it has now been several days without a response.I am simply asking for the correct parts so I can assemble and use the product I paid for. I hope this can be resolved promptly.

Awful customer service and faulty products
I really wanted to love their products. I bought a bike and a treadmill. Disappointed with both. The biggest issue however is their lack of customer service. In 2026 ive never seen anything like it. No telephone to call. Email only. When you email it takes 4-7 days to get 1 response which doesnt address the issues. You can expect a full 1-2 months of emails before you get to the position you expect. I am yet to get there.Treadmill - squeaks when running on it. Static shock every 30 seconds when in use. Screen flickers as a result. Bike - the seat post moves significant in use and as a result creates a huge squeaking noise every second when in use. Not a little bit either. Very loud and consistent.Marketing and design is spot on. Everything else is sadly a huge disappointment

Absolutely in LOVE with this bike! I seriously considered purchasing a Peloton, but couldn’t justify the cost and the mandatory subscription.. this is incredible quality, very affordable and is almost identical to my friend’s Peloton. Would 1000% recommend! 10/10. Thank you for an amazing product! :)

I bought the bike and it arrived a few weeks later with a damaged part. The replacement part was sent and it works flawlessly. I was unsure about paying for the app, but I do love the world views and cycling through all the different places makes exercising feel like fun and not a chore. It’s been fun to add this to my fitness routine. The customer service was good about following through with answering my questions. It was easy to follow the video to put together too.

Well , first at all the Gym 1 YESOUL bike is amazing adding the app with the membership allow to you to have universes of the works out possibilities that give many ways to improve your health . In my existence it help me a lot with my diabetes type two. Since I start spinning with my YESOUL bike my level glucose is Uber 100 almost normal . In addition the YESOUL team support has a reasonable answer respond on your questions

I was looking at a Peloton but I thought they were too expensive and started looking for an alternative.I settled on the Yesoul and it was delivered within 2 weeks pre Xmas. So thought it was good.Easy to setup and get riding.Phone plugs straight in and can play anything from phone.All in all very good experience.

Peleton Killer!!!!
I purchased this bike as an alternative to Peleton, and have found this bike to be very well made.I have been using the bike for about 4 weeks and the fact that you can use various apps or subscriptions (for a wide variety of classes and challenges) is really great.I have loved using the bike and have no doubt I will continue to use this product regularly.

Makes noises!
I ordered the G1M plus bike, it arrived within 10 days and was promptly built. The bike appears solid, however, it creaks loudly from the stem where the seat slots in. I have raised a ticket and tried to contact customer services directly, but have not received any acknowledgement or response. Initial query was raised last week, with another followup when I realised a ticket can be made from their website. It's frustrating that I can not get this issue addressed. At present, I would be reluctant to recommend this company, which is a shame as ilthe bike has the potential to be a great product. Update 1: Yesoul have since been in touch and have immediately set about understanding the issue in hope of rectifying it. Will keep you posted, but things are on the up.
