I liked Zoe and her programs
I liked Zoe and her programs, but it seems like I get emails from "her", but it's not really irrelevant to her programs or her products, and it's not worth opening those links to be sucked into watching these long videos and want you to buy their stuff. It's disappointing, because I liked Zoe since she seems genuine, and what she offers to us ladies seems logical and easy. I did like her Inner Circle program too, but recently I tried again, since I keep getting her emails offering specials like 14 days trial for free, but this time, I never gotten the welcome letter with the link to sign in, and had issues with the customer relations. It did seems fake, and I was able to get in, but noticed that is hasn't been active in years, and you cannot post any comments or connect with anyone. It seems fishy. It's disappointing, because few years ago, it was a great safe place to be, and get the support you needed on your wellness and fitness journey. The other thing that kind of bothered me is that I follow her on IG and Facebook, and her stories posting seems glitchy at times, but I cannot tell if she is actually posting everything, or some may be hacked. Either way, I just focus on her programs, and hoping it will help me in addition to my other wellness journey. I am trying her newest program Yoga Burn 2.0, and so far I only did one week, so it's early to tell.

Six year client
I bought all of her CDs years ago, and now subscribe to her app, which is an amazing value. The fact that she adds new programs to it and does not increase the cost is amazing. I do have a problem with staying engaged in the programs, but every time that I start back up again, I see amazing results. The only time that I’ve ever reached out to customer service, I was responded to right away with a positive outcome.

Absolutely rubbish customer service
I want to purchase a new program from the Yoga Burn app where I already own a couple of programs. The price is $59.99 and YB customer support have told me that the price "will be converted to your currency automatically according to the currency exchange rate at the time of your purchase.” I am in the UK. However, when I try to pay, I am charged £59.99 which is the equivalent of roughly $78, so $18 more than the advertised price. When I have queried this with them, they tell me they have "no control over currency exchange rates" - which is it? You have no control, OR my price will be converted at the time of purchase? It can't be both?I have had other issues with the YB customer support previously and have found them to be completely patronising and dismissive. They don't take the time to understand what the real issue is but instead trot our set phrases of 'sorry, thanks for your understanding' - well no, I don't understand! The brand is fronted by Zoe who is all 'sweetness and light' but really behind that facade is a ruthless company who couldn't care less about their customers and don't try very hard at all to solve the issues. If I could give them zero stars I would.

The COFFEE IGNITE does not work
The COFFEE IGNITE does not work. I have used it faithfully for 6 months with only a 3 pound loss. It has been a total waste of money. There is virtually no support with this company. I would suggest purchasers to watch your invoice carefully. I was charged an extra "item" (Meditation) that was supposed to be FREE. The irony is I wouldn't take it anyway but realized I was charged for it. They would not give me a refund!

Ordered the trim core challenge DVD's…
Ordered the trim core challenge DVD's and digital, everything went smooth. Went on the app to access my workouts but after reaching out to customer support apparently you can only use the app if you subscribe. Kind of weird the only way to access is through the clickbank link, no log in or anything. As for exercises themselves the first couple weeks were ok then started really hurting my neck and wasn't just me my husband as well, then couldn't do anything for a week had to go to the chiropractor. Plus it went from manageable exercises to what the heck in week 4. Not even close to ready for leg lifts on side plank at that point, plus I did week 1 twice. Disappointing, but excellent if you are already in good shape before you start. I guess I'll try to just keep doing weeks 1-3 until I'm in good enough shape to get to week 4.

False Advertising
False Advertising. Do this 45 second thing before bed, then have to watch a LONG video to find out its an expensive workout subscription that's hard to cancel and keep getting charged. Its illegal to have bait & switch and false advertising. This company is asking for a big class action law suit!

I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. I have been with yoga burn for about four or five years paying $149.99 a year. I thought I cancelled my subscription this time around because I have some unexpected hardships (became primary caregiver for elderly mother), and I don't have the funds this year. They charged me two days ago for $149.99 and I was shocked because I thought it was cancelled. I reached out to support to let them know I needed a break this time, and they told me I can cancel but cannot get a refund. This is services I have not used yet why can I not get a refund? I have been loyal every year but I need a break and they are not going to allow that. Also they are now charging $37 as a deal for the year but yet charging me your loyal customer $149.99 a year and won't allow me to not participate because I am requesting two days after being billed. The website says you have 60 days to change your mind and get a refund and that should go for me also!!!

I have done Yoga burn on and off
I have done Yoga burn on and off, as I had to stop due to a shoulder op. Started again and found it very good, however, I have changed a few things as my shoulder should not be put under too much stress. I would love some more exercises that give you some variations especially for the stomach, as most of those exercises all include stress on the shoulder joint.

Paid for online access, and they also want me to pay again to have APP access.
The products are ok. The videos are a bit outdated, with shaky cameras, etc. I spent nearly $300 purchasing several of their programs a few years ago when they first came out. Unfortunately, they didn't have an app and they only had DVDs and digital online content, which I felt was really outdated but what can you do.They've finally created an app, but if you contact customer service the online login you created doesn't work for the app. And if you contact customer service, they don't care if you're already a customer, they will not assist you in accessing your paid content via the app. They tell you if you want the convenience of the app, they instruct you to RE-purchase everything using their monthly subscription. THAT IS A TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS. How much money can you squeeze out of your existing customers by getting them to re-purchase products on another platform. RIDICULOUS! There is no company I have EVER done business with that charges you separately for online access versus app access. If you paid and have a user-name with other companies, that login is good regardless of the platform you chose to use. BEWARE! NOT THIS COMPANYIf I've paid for these products, as a paying customer I should have access to my paid products regardless of the platform I am using. Why should we be penalized because the company took years to create an app. Pay for online access and pay again for app access???!!!!! Never have I ever, and I don't plan to.These products are just ok! There are incredibly better apps that are out there for far less money and wayyy better content, and lots more content. I regret ever paying several hundred dollars for their content, it certainly isn't worth paying for a 2nd time around. LMAO. NOPE!!! (check out FitOn, Fit4Mom, and Asana Rebel. Those are the BEST APPS!)

The exercise programs are excellent
I have the original yoga burn, trim core, booty challenge, total body challenge, and the monthlies on dvd with digital access (I do not have the app). I was incredibly impressed with the strength and difference I saw with those programs and I do think Zoe is an excellent instructor. The only reason I won’t give 5 stars is because I didn’t like the amount of junk emails I had kept receiving after purchases (which you can unsubscribe easily from), and you do need to look at the fine print when ordering. I can’t comment on the supplement products (I personally avoid supplement type of products in general), but as for the actual exercise programs—- they are definitely worthwhile. The FB community is also a plus, as well.

The yoga is excellent, the marketing and sales is awful.
The yoga itself is excellent. Zoe is a warm, friendly teacher giving excellent guidance. The original yoga burn programme is an excellent power yoga series that will give you a great cardio workout as well as strength/flexibility.HOWEVER, I think the marketing/sales side of the business really undermines the value of the actual product. It just reeks of being a scam. When you buy a programme, before you get to the order confirmation page, you get page after page of offers for all their other products, with cheesy info-mercials. The voiceover isn’t even Zoe, it’s an actress. You have to find the tiny, tiny writing at the bottom of each page which says ‘I’ll pass on this offer’ to move forward. You also get an avalanche of sales emails afterwards which you need to unsubscribe from.I think if Zoe used a different business/sales/marketing model it would make the whole thing seem more legitimate and would give people more confidence to buy. Because at the end of the day, the yoga itself is very good!

The Yoga Burn team is amazing
The Yoga Burn team is amazing! Zoe's routines are keeping me strong and young! At 65 years old, if I can do twisted eagle pose, I can do anything. Age related balance issues will not be a problem for me.When I had questions about my digital access, Clem in customer service responded quickly, clearly and efficiently. He took the time to research my previous purchase and provide me with the information I needed. He has renewed my faith in true "customer service"I am thankful that the Yoga Burn Tribe is part of my life.

Very surprised by the negative…
Very surprised by the negative comments. Think I’ve got all the yogaburn workouts all with on line access via apps on my phone and iPad. Bought them over three years ago and have never had added charges. Maybe quite a few emails but just delete them. I go through them regularly and it’s great to see the difference in how you feel and look. Great workouts which I do in between my regular yoga class. I do not work for yogaburn and live in a different country.

Five stars from me. Great 15 min workouts.
Again, i'm surprised to read the negative reviews -and am really surprised the star review isnt higher. Regarding to the payment I think its all really straightforward: different bundles, one off payments & instant online access. I'm not a yoga expert, but am really enjoying it and feel really good. Its really positive and encouraging and fun. Much better than the boring YouTube workouts I was previously following. I have 3 of the bundles now which I rotate through (Original Yoga Burn, Trim core & Booty which are all great). Facebook group is pretty supportive and active too. Yes, its a business so they sell the occasional product, but who cares, if you don't want it, just dont buy it!

I love Yoga Burn DVDs
I love Yoga Burn. I have all the DVDs and they are all great. I actually stuck with the DVDs and got results. I can’t speak if any of the supplement products. I’ve never bought any. But I like the workouts and I find Zoe encouraging and the Community positive. I too hate all the pages of add-ins when ordering a DVD.

If I could do 0 starts I would
If I could do 0 starts I would. This company looks like a scam to me. I tried to order DVD'd but when I opted out of the monthly subscription at checkout the page gave me an error that my transaction was not successful and to contact my credit card provider. That night my card was charged the full amount for the purchase I did not complete. I have no confirmation of my order, no order number and no help. Called the customer support number and it goes to a voicemail message telling you to email them. I have emailed twice and have had no reply. Now I am starting the process of reversing the charge with my credit card company. Do not buy from this company.Updated - I was finally able to track someone down through their Facebook page and by following up, (by me,) through the whole process I did get the order that I had paid for. I was advised to exhaust all avenues before doing the cancellation process through the CC company, by the CC company. This because I really did want the DVD's. The DVD's are of decent quality and I am looking forward to trying them. The fact that I did get my purchase does not change my score. If I had not noticed or followed up every step of the way they would have walked away with my money. I do not trust any company that has 4 different addresses and no phone number, Glad that this is over.

I went to purchase the burn bundle…
I went to purchase the burn bundle which was supposed to include dvds and link to them on line. During the purchase process, I was directed to an additional product that I did not want to purchase and it would NOT let me check out without buying the additional product (some monthly membership). So- I closed out of the page. The site charged my card and I received an email that the dvds are being shipped. I do NOT want the membership at all. I tried to access the site and using the contact info I emailed about my situation. They have my money so I thought I’d check out the on line videos and there’s no way to get them without paying more money. I am not getting a response. Buyer beware !!!!!!!

I’ve been using yoga burn for the past…
I’ve been using yoga burn for the past six months I have yoga burn, trim core, total body and I’ve received a couple of the Yoga Burn monthly DVDs that I haven’t used yet. I take all of the supplements, the amino H2O, coffee ignite and tea ignite and I just started using renew. I’m starting to see great results in my body & shape and I look forward to each work out, they’re not easy but they are worth it, the short workouts really do shape & tone the body quite quickly. I drink the amino H2O while I work out & my body does not get as sore after workouts and it does help curve cravings & so does the coffee and tea ignite. Next I’m going to purchase her yogaburn yoga mat.

Core & Booty Challenge
I use the digital version of the Core Challenge and the Booty Challenge. I love them both. It was a bit of a challenge to purchase, but when I contacted a real person, they were very friendly and helpful in making sure I received the product I wanted. This is really the first program that has made a difference in my body.

Very unreliable
Very unreliable. I do not recommend. Ordered lots of products, haven’t received any of them and company do not respond to any emails with request of help. I am waiting for few weeks now.
