They sent me the wrong item. I ordered a medical text book but instead they send me something completely different. I should have done more research. This website has a lot of bad reviews and should not be trusted. I will never be buying a book from this store again. I would advise others not to as well.

I ordered the DSM book for study purposes, but the edition details were not clearly mentioned on the website. After receiving it, I realized it was not the version I needed for my coursework. The product description lacked clarity, which caused confusion and wasted time. For academic books, accurate edition information is very important, and this experience was disappointing.
I ordered the big amount bulk order from Yourbooksify but they sent me the counterfeit books with poor quality and when my amazon account suspended, i asked for the invoice, but never sent me the real invoice. Apart from Invoice, quality of books were poor with missing pages, so i also lost money on those books.
Yesterday, my grandson live in Newyork told me that he ordered the book but the experience turned out to be very disappointing. The order was placed weeks ago, and despite the long wait, the book never arrived. Tracking information was either unclear or completely unhelpful, which made the situation even more frustrating. What made the experience worse was the lack of communication. he reached out multiple times to customer support hoping for an update, but there was no meaningful response. It felt like his concerns were being ignored rather than properly investigated. Ordering a textbook usually requires reliability and clear communication, especially when deadlines matter. Unfortunately, service failed on both fronts. The overall handling of the order left him dissatisfied and hesitant to trust this website again.

They sent wrong book and very bad customer service. I tried exchanging book, but they never sent a return label. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!
Book showed up with crushed binder ripped pages and some pages dirty with tape holding cover together. They refused a refund.
I never received the product. I was charged but never received a confirmation email. I only received an email to give a review.
