Impressed with the fit
I'm 6'2 and 220lbs. Most vests feel like a bib on me, but this one adjusts well to a larger frame. Very secure.

Does the job
Heavy duty. Weights are iron sand-filled bags. One leaked a tiny bit but I taped it up. For $40, you can't really complain.

Best home gym addition
I use this for squats and lunges. It stays snug against the chest. No bouncing even when doing jumping jacks.

Great for bone density
My doctor recommended weighted walking for osteopenia. This vest is comfortable enough for running, and it would not bounce around at all. Wish it came in more colors.

Awful experience and customer service!
Awful experience and good luck returning the product. They only want to offer 20% of the refund amount then after disputing it they moved it up to 60% if i dont return the product, keep in mind i dont have the option to return until they accept my return. Then today they are threatening not to give back anything unless i give them a 5 Star review and change what i put in its getting ridiculous at this point i dont even want this product just want my refund to avoid ever buying anything from them again.

Versatile and Durable
I use this for hiking, HIIT classes, and even just walking the dog. It's held up perfectly. The weight is easily adjustable, which makes it perfect for progressive overload. Mine is 20 pounds and I feel most people should go for that weight.
