These absolute clowns keep charging me years after I cancelled the service I've called them and sent several emails, dating back the past few years and every year Do not give them your credit card details - they're crooks and the only way you can get stop the payments is to cancel your cc or contact the bank

I've used them for 7-8 years and it's mostly been a good experience. However, this year it has been extremely difficult to get responses and assistance with the chat --long wait times for not much in the way of helpful responses. Additionally, the auto-renewal billing felt a little bit surprising to me. Finally, their pricing has really gone up and even if you're transactions are 99% staking rewards, it will exceed the plan limits and require you to pay (A LOT) more.
When i used the service my amount owed was 5x the other service i used. Then a year later they tried charging me $400 for the same service. Total scam
It worked just fine. I did find it to be more expensive than it should have been. Basing it off of all transactions instead of the sales or trade transactions that actually matter for tax purposes I didn't like. Beings I make $25-50 purchases threw out the year. And only a few taxable sales in the year. I had to pay you $200 for $500 in sales profits.
I started using them a few years ago and it felt like the software worked well. I think the company must have fallen apart and they just leave the software up to milk money and do minimal dev. They have people respond to customer service requests, but they never say anything helpful (a couple years ago they used to be very helpful). The software has major bugs and miscalculates a lot. I report the bugs, such as their integration with an exchange is down and the customer service team wants me to send personal information and do a bunch of work before they will let the dev team know. Then after they fix the integration, it only brought in deposits and withdrawls and no trades. I let support know and they refuse to let the dev team know unless I send all of my "missing" transactions.
I have reported 2-3 major bugs in this software every year for the past 4 years. It miss calculates sooo much if you do ANY defi. I feel like I am locked in to using it but will need to switch it is so painful.

If you are a zenledger.io portfolio user, don't give them your accxnts, because they have a tendency to take control of your accxnts as a tax software filings for legalization purposes... Instead of giving them your accxnt, just create a zenledger accxnt with your email pw is up to you, and give them tokens and addresses, not your actual wallets, because you have to know zenledger.io has a tendency to not steal, but grasp your complete accxnts to do complete tax returns... For example they jacked, hadded, joshed my complete MetaMask Accxnt when I gave them the MetaMask or whatever buttons they use to complete a thorough crypto tax filings, but what you really need is to not access those buttons but to sign up with an email or user name, then feed them the tokens addresses and listing... Also they give you the precise quantity and $$$ gained per tokens addresses which is a plus, so you can literally using trasnactions tab keep a close eye on the quantity and revenue received per transactions jotted, planted, and embedded in their/your/our tokens addresses for the script kiddies to also get paid... Tell all users that use zenledger.io to not use a button, but to use an email address so that they don't steal your stuff and plus it is better to keep track of all of your tokens addresses and transactions... You could also send a free "Help, you guys jacked 44 million from my 86 million... Please do my taxes for free so we can remain legal ticket..." For Luigi and Kalil from MetaMask...
I was automatically billed for a service that had been cancelled 4 years ago
Avoid this service. I needed it for one single tax year back in 2022. I signed up, used the service, then canceled the subscription immediately after. I have been billed automatically in 2023, 2024, and now for a third time in 2025. I called to cancel and refund each time. This is dishonest business practice and they do not deserve your money.
Intuitive and easy to use. Linking exchanges was easy. Tax liability was fast and conforms to 2025 US federal rules. Tax forms can be downloaded in several formats. Link for your account to DL forms and answer questions they may have.
Be very careful when using this service. Once you give them your credit card to charge you they will auto renewal your subscription even after you have stopped using their service and/or deleted your account. Goodluck getting anyone on the phone, or through email. I have been trying to get someone to answer me for the last couple weeks without any luck.
Moved coins here from another host that charged huge fees for every transaction....spending less to manage my coins
Helpful to me
The program is through and precise. A little tricky to deal with entries but essential for getting the reports needed to check profit and loses. And the reports for the IRS. Needs some elbow grease but very worth it if you want to keep you costs down.
