The tracking email is useless. Says to click on the link to track your order and takes you back to their website. After logging into your account, there is no tracking info under your order.

Well 1 star just because i hope someone…
Well 1 star just because i hope someone will answer here lol, trying to book an appointment at Vegas clinic but nobody answered emails, online booking or call either. Even customer service couldn’t reach the clinic while I was waiting on the line. They have to lost a lot of business if nobody answers.

Genetic Methylation Test
I also just completed the Genetic Methylation Test and the results are mind blowing and MAKES SO MUCH sense. I've just ordered the recommended 10x Optimize Multivitamin and TMG and stopped taking others that the results said I don't need. I just ordered this test for my 34 year old Son who is struggling with energy issues and a lot of what I've always struggled with. It will be nice to start supplementing what my body needs instead of just supplementing. I feel like this product/program gives me more control and knowledge about what I need and I'm so excited to start Living my Best life and having more energy to get out a play with my Grandkids again.

I need methylated B12 and had a terrible reaction to the generic IM B12 that was not methylated. I found out I was lied to and could take the methylated B12 orally and your product is superior and I know is safe. Recommended by my nurse practioner .

Things seem confusing
Things seem confusing. More effort is put into selling new services than maintaining current supplements and care . Hopefully it gets better. People seem over worked . I wish I waited a year to start. It’s a great idea but the application is not there yet . Not enough staff . Long waits . It’s getting frustrating

I could not get a hold of my original…
I could not get a hold of my original representative to even make the order. I was finally given a new representative however, after I placed the order, it took almost a month to receive it. I was told it was sent to the wrong location, but took weeks to fix the issue.

I have been using 10X Health Optimize for over two years, and my experience has been very positive. Awaiting results- but test process was easy!!
I am very anxious to see what results I get from adding in the minerals. I already take several vitamins promoted by Gary Brecka, so I'm anxious to see what results I get from the additional 10X supplements. The process to send in my sample for the meth. test was easy!

Poor communication and options when placing an order.
A customer service rep reached out to me immediately and resolved this issue. I was impressed with their willingness to make things right. This does not typically happen in these situations. Kudos to this company! I purchased this because my husband was having issues with the communication with his order from you. Within an hour of my purchase, my husband was able to locate his order. Because he was already getting his, I no longer needed my order. I attempted to cancel but there was no option. So I immediately emailed requesting the cancellation. The email response came much later and said it was not an option.
