Do Not use 24-7 Rides

You get a bid, prepay for the service, mediocre service may or may not be provided and weeks later you will get an unexpected bill (and CC charge) for additional costs in the name of excessive trip time because their initial offer was based on "4am Google No traffic trip time" and your trip took longer. Typically an additional $30-75.

This company is shady

This company is shady. I booked a one way ride from disneyland to SNA airport for $58, somewhere in the fine print they say charges are based on 4am traffic conditions, anything after that is $2 per minute. My ride at 4am is 14 min, we got there in 15 min, but after we are dropped off it took the driver about 15 min to exit the airport, the charges keep going until the driver exits the airport, so 3 weeks later they charge me $30, for time we are not even in the vehicle anymore. This is in the fine print that I and most others most likely dont read on a less $60 ride thats 15 min away, they should at least make that clear where the charges are on the estimate, not hidden in the fine print, the company even said we'll thats a lesson learned for you.

Abandoned at the airport

I booked our ride service 3 weeks before our trip. I was texted the name of my driver and the number and told to call him when we got our bags at the airport. I called him at least 4 times and left him messages that we were ready for pickup. I then received an email telling me my pick up was cancelled and I was stranded at the airport. I then had to pay triple to get to my destination. I will never use nor recommend these people to anyone. They are worthless. I have cancelled my return trip and we are arranging alternative transportation to the airport for our return home.

No service or communication after they have your $$$$. The only thing 247 is accepting your money

I booked transportation with this company and had a very disappointing experience. My driver failed to show up for the scheduled pickup and there was no meaningful communication or follow-up from the company while I was waiting. Because I had no other option, I had to arrange my own transportation at the last minute.Even though the service was not provided, I was still charged — and when I requested a refund, the company was unresponsive and difficult to work with. I canceled only after their failure to perform, yet they attempted to apply their cancellation fee anyway.This situation caused significant inconvenience and unnecessary expense. Built in to their terms & conditions is language threatening to use a collection agency & reporting you to credit bureau, even if the CC company sides with you when disputed. Based on my experience with reliability, communication, and customer support, I would not recommend this company.”

Never use 24/7 - they don't turn up

No words for how bad - wish there was a 0 star option!!!!After an 11 hour flight from London we arrived at LAX and had not received the text or email from the driver we were told we'd get 1 hour before landing. We tried calling over and over again and a recorded message said they weren't picking up calls. We tried emailing and never got a response.We got back an hour later than we should have done and were incredibly exhausted.Avoid 24/7 - they are a joke not a service.They took our payment and have not refunded it as you'd expect from a company like this. Now a dispute with our credit card company to add to the inconvenience.

Service is a ripoff

Service is a ripoff. Good ride from a to b. Driver dropped us off and left(there was NO traffic. Later charge for supposed 18 min. Delay ($38j. When ride complete,how can you charge when you’re not in car.

DON'T TRUST THE INITIAL PRICE

Great driver and an easily organised ride, however don't be surprised to see additional fees charged a few weeks later that effectively tripled their 'cheaper' fare (see photo of updated receipt). Their advertising says they are a better option as 'the other guys' have extra fees, but they will absolutely gouge you for any additional minute, plus the difference in actual drive time vs the 0400am equivalent, and anything else they can (they have a raft of clauses that entitle them to charge additional fees for many many reasons). They even, ironically, state that 'The other guys' have 'Taxes added at the end of your booking' - what an absolute joke!!Buyer beware, DON'T use these guys. We'll never, ever use these rip-off artists again. I wish I'd looked at their Trustpilot.com and/or Google reviews before we booked....

Booked a private luxury minivan from…

Booked a private luxury minivan from LAX to my home. Reservation # 86725 for 6/12/25 @ 8:15PM. The process to book was easy and received email confirmation right away. Even received text messages confirming the reservation. They said the driver would be assigned and they would reach out to me at least an hour before my scheduled pick up time.This is where things went south. Never received a text or email with driver information. Reached out to the company using both text and email at 7:45 and only received a generic response back stating they will evaluate the email within 24 hours. Tried to reach out to them a couple more times and waited curbside for a vehicle to come. "NO SHOW" Don't use this company, I should have seen the red flags when is only done online and they do not answer their 888-700-1222 phone line. No matter what you select, they ask you to email them.... Ended up booking an Uber and they showed up within 5 minutes of booking. Lesson learned

Worst shuttle service ever!!!

These guys came late with a breakdown story in a replacement van that was dirty, unsafe and the replacement driver looked stoned.They cancelled my prepaid return service hours before our return flight.Said they'd refund my credit card.They actually added fees and charges after I flew home. I had to scramble my family of 7 at the last minute.These guys are fraudsters..Disney, John Wayne Airport and Anaheim BBB should ban them from operating shuttle services.Their website is a a fraud to take credit cards numbers and make unauthorized charges.Anaheim can do better!Disney can do better!The airport should keep them off property.

CHARGES ADDITIONAL FEES FOR SERVICES YOU DIDN'T ASK FOR AND DOES NOT SHOW UP

If I could leave no stars, I would!If you are looking for transportation to and from the airport to the cruise port, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT use 24/7 Ride transportation out of Los Angeles. Do your research (I did not look deeply into them as most reviews on their website were good, lesson learned😒) I booked 3 legs of transportation with them. Upon arrival at LAX, the driver was there and everything "seemed" to go smoothly with the first leg.The second leg, We were scheduled to be picked up at (9:30 a.m.) at our hotel and taken to the cruise port. Payment was made online the night before. We were ready and waiting at 9:15 a.m. and waiting and waiting. I called multiple times including the driver we had the day before. I would only receive a message that changes or cancelations were to be made online. I was never able to physically speak to a person. At 10:30 a.m, we finally had to call another service provider to get us to our cruise port. I emailed them as instructed in the VM you receive when you call the 888-700-1222 number listed on the website, asking for a refund of the $75 I was charged for their NO SHOW. After we were picked up by another service, it was then they responded with a copy of my 1st leg reservation as if they were telling me they provided the service. I responded with a screenshot of the 2nd leg reservation and asked them to review their records. They were a No Show and I expected a refund. It was then that 24/7 ride responded with the itemized list of ADDITIONAL charges they tacked on to my first reservation. The driver was apparently early for my RESERVED 12:30 p.m. time so they charged an additional $1.50 per minute for the driver being 27 minutes early and I hadn't even picked up my luggage yet!!! In addition, they charged me for "excess duration" fees! (whatever that is) for a total of $62.50 of additional charges!!!There was ZERO traffic, they had the all the information needed to determine the time of travel, I never requested early pick up, in fact, I intentionally scheduled 12:30 to allow time for luggage pick up and on top of all of this they NEVER acknowledged that they did not show up for a scheduled and paid reservation, just argumentative responses of "you signed the contract" basically stating that they can charge what they want and if you if you try to dispute it, you'll be charged $50 by the credit card company. This company is a SCAM and I highly recommend finding another transportation service

Total scam!!!

Total scam!!!Read entire agreement.Small print says they can charge a “traffic” fee “per minuter” for anything longer than 5am traffic.Then I called the driver and asked him if he could pick me up earlier in the day and he tried to get me to double pay him (privately) in addition to what I paid the company. Hi name was Luan Nyguen.Their agreement also says they can charge you a $50 fee for each transaction dispute you file with your bank.Ya, that’s right, dispute a scam charge, and pay more for trying to make it right. Buyer beware!Run, don’t walk, away from these charlatans.Proud to sign my name to this,Dr Mathew Draper

worst experience ever , be careful dont fall for this scam company

worst experience ever , please dont fall for this company, i prepaid for this service 2 months ago , when I landed I discovered :1- they changed my car without my approval.2- they charged me extra 122 USD for waiting time and traffic.3- their driver showed up 40 minutes late after I left the terminal.4- when i called them they said they acted within the policy and they dont care about all my complain.what is even worse they keep sending me an email everyday that if I charge back my credit card for any reason they will charge me $50 for each claim???please check other companies and make sure dont fall for this fraud company.

UNETHICAL AND FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES AND CHARGES!!!!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! UNETHICAL, FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICE AND FRAUDULENT CHARGES!!! DO NOT BOOK THEM!!!!! They charged $116 at initial reservation. THEN they charged me additional $1.50 per MINUTE for supposedly waiting to pick me up at my house. They charged me 8 extra minutes stating driver arrived at my house (OC area) 8 minutes earlier than my original scheduled pick up time. Pick up time scheduled 8:30am, they said driver came 8 minutes earlier then 8:30. So charged me (8 x $1.50 =$12) HOWEVER, I was waiting outside for the driver at 8:29am and he arrived at 8:34am! So fraudulent charge right there! Then, driver dropped me off at LAX (at the arrival terminal when I am supposed to be at departure terminal) at 9:35am, and they charged "traffic minute charge" 32 min x $2 (=$64). Traffic charge???? 32 minutes?? WHAT!!! OC to LAX should be assumed when I booked for $116. But they charge additional $64 for traffic minute charge???? THIS IS CRAZINESS!! So on top of $116, they charged additional $76. I never write reviews/feedbacks good or bad in general, BUT this warrants a review so no one uses this company. I will be reporting this company and will sue.I cannot believe I didn't think to check the reviews before I booked this company!!! I hope people read the reviews. I am regretting that I didn't see the reviews.

Terrible service, deserted

Company called to say they would be 40 minutes late for an airport transfer. Sorry for the inconvenience and a refund in 10 days is not acceptable. Had to pay somebody else inflated prices to get us to the airport as a last minute option. They are impossible to call with an answering machine that takes you around and around in circles. DO NOT USE!!!

If you want a service that does NOT…

If you want a service that does NOT show up and cancels on you at the time of arrival! then book this service!!!!!!!! Booking 52251 I called 3 times before my client arrived and reconfirmed. I asked is it 100% that the driver would arrive and they said Yes! Then they send an email 10 minutes after flight landed! cancelling the service. Worst company ever!
