They increased my charge every so often without notifying me. It went from $40 a month to $70 a month. There is no where online to cancel the insurance and when I called to cancel I was placed on hold for over an hour.
I have had my pets on pet insurance for nearly 10 years. I have used 24Petwatch, Hartville, and a number of Canadian pet insurance companies. With 24PetWatch it has been seemless and every submission has had coverage. With 24Petprotect, I have submitted 18 claims with only 4 that have been covered. Each time they share its related to re-existing conditions. My Cat does have some elevated liver challenges, however, the cases when he has been brought in to the ED for high temperature, a required treatment or procedure or anything that falls anywhere close to "possibly due to health condition" they have denied. I do not like to write reviews as each persons experience is different - however, for me to get an email stating that My cats insurance premium is increasing to cover the costs of his medical bills has been the final straw for me.Please reconsider this company for insurance and do a lot of research prior to putting your pet on one of these policies!!!!

I was looking for pet insurance for a few days. And online all the sites seem to follow a pretty basic layout. The first option seems really affordable then you add coverage and it spikes pretty high. Not one company called to reach out it was strictly an automated email response. Pawesome insurance through 24petprotect had a wonderful woman Chris who reached out to me by phone and walked me through the process of selecting the right amount of coverage for my puppy Brady. I was confident in my selections and she even took the time to get my 1st months premium refunded to me as a kind gesture.
