Canceled service made easy
Canceled service. Agent offered other options but I chose to cancel because I was not using the enough at this time.Agent was helpful and appreciated the business. He quickly canceled the service after I missed the auto renewal date. Very trustworthy and ethical practice. I will use 360 Legal Forms again when needed

Great customer service!
Considered using this service to obtain a legal template. We ended up not needing it and I forgot to cancel the trial subscription, but the company was great about handling the situation and reversing some of the charges. Based on this positive interaction, I would definitely use them in the future if I had the need.

I made the mistake of not canceling my subscription. Even though their policy states no refunds, they forgave me and refunded it anyway - valuing my future business over my current payment.
