Very UNIMPRESSED, would NOT recommend…
We're honestly more than a little perplexed by the positive reviews for 5 Stars. Our experience with them was completely the opposite.We booked a luxury car to the airport because my wife has severe anxiety and difficulty with travel. We picked 5 Stars on the basis of their positive reviews online. We thought this would make our experience easier, but as it turned out, the truth was far from it.First, the driver was 40 minutes late. We were told it was because of a collision/bad traffic (and 5 Stars gave us a discount as an apology, which we appreciate).But then, on the way to the airport, we realized that the driver was watching a fight on his phone while driving. This seemed to be the reason his driving became more and more abrupt as the journey went on, which did not ease my wife's anxiety in any way.But then to make things even worse, the driver dropped us off at the wrong terminal. Despite having confirmed which airline we were we flying with when he arrived to pick us up.We had to make our way - with all our bags and a service dog - over a mile and broken elevators and packed crowds to get to the place we should have been dropped off at. It took us nearly an hour. We were sweaty and disheveled by the time we got to the check in desk for our flight. My wife had had multiple anxiety attacks by this time. Hardly a VIP experience.We were very UNIMPRESSED with the service we have received from Five Stars and would definitely NOT recommend them.

Worst service ever
Worst service ever. They promised one thing so I paid and got another with no warning or email. Driver Mile was rude and threatening. He wanted $50 per stop so we didn't get any champaign. Horrible experience and we got an Attorney.

Best day, fantastic driver, super fun!
Our trip was perfect. The limo was beautiful the ride was smooth. We went to a few different spots, lunch, winery, picked up a friend. It was an all day trip. Our driver Ben was over the top best driver, super friendly and funny. He played along with the surprise we did for my friends 60th birthday. My friend was in tears at how happy he was. I highly highly recommend 5 Stars, and will do this again for sure when I turn 60!!!

I booked late in the day and 5 Star Limousine Service was able to accommodate me. I booked 8 hours. Our Driver Leo was on-time, thorough, courteous, and very professional. It was my (40) year Wedding Anniversary.

This space probably won't be big enough to convey all my praise for 5 STARS Limousine ... but I'll try. First, their responsiveness to a modification I requested to my reservation was extremely prompt and made without any questions at all. I was VERY surprised, and TOTALLY pleased. Second, both pickup at my home and the return pickup at the airport (despite my flight getting in VERY early) were absolutely punctual. Again, TOTALLY pleased. Third, the vehicle was impeccably clean and the ride smooth and effortless. Finally, our driver – the same gentleman both ways – was utterly professional, courteous and pleasant. I will absolutely use 5 STARS Limousine for my future trips to the airport, and for other event purposes as well. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I've been using 5 Stars limo for over 10 years and highly recommend them. They are always on time, their vehicles are clean, the drivers are friendly and professional, and most of all, I feel safe when i'm with them, whether they are picking me up at 5 am or midnight.
