I'd give them negative numbers if I could! They have no problem taking your money and not providing the service you just paid for!!!This has to be illegal! A cancel fee, I get. Shopper was there only a few minutes when he got incorrect items. Vienna Sausage when I asked for Tuna? How is that even close?!I can't reach shopper in the App and no phone number available so I canceled. They 7/11 and Uber Eats charge me anyway, full price, and no groceries were delivered! How is this an acceptable practice?!Thieves! 7/11 for this insane policy, and Uber Eats for not having my back! Thankfully, Door Dash has my back. Never using Uber Eats again! Boo!

The man who owns mcminnville oregon 711? Really sucks. every time I go in there, he's rude and treats me like I'm not a real customer or a garbage customer because I buy lottery tickets. He'll help the person behind me and blatantly ignore me, it's got the atmosphere of a principles office. The daytime employees are just as sour as he is.

Store owner is very rude and thinks people are stealing.He harasses you if you don't purchase anything as if you were.I said it was because it was expensive and got in to a huge argument with him. He insulted me about my disabilities. I just had back surgery not too long ago and another procedure yesterday so I can barely walk.

Not much of a place to go too. Place always smells like a tolit. The attendants are most of the time rude and I can deal with all that but here's the thing that is making no longer go to a 7 11. They charge 2 to 2.50 for air!!! For AIR!! One of the things on this plants that is in complete abundance..AIR!! Will be taking my business to on cue or quick trip for now on.. very 😔 ppl

Do not, I repeat do not load your prepaid card at 711 the cashier lied to me and told me my card did not wrk which I called later to find out he lied. anyway the cashier told me that I had purchase a prepaid card , I did. And gave him money to load it, well the card was activated but no money Greendot said the prepaid card was registered by another name and the card was used, it takes me 10 minutes to walk from 711 to home. At the card only touched my hand and his. I recieved no support so I have a lawyer now Do not trust loading cards at the 711 in Dc on 17th street northwest

It was the first time I attempted redeeming points unfortunately was a horrible experience due to the lack of knowledge of the employees and the manager. The employee redeemed my points losing 6,000 because they weren't sure how to use the app. When I ask for the manager I was told we don't know how many points you came in here with, when somebody says something like that it's the same thing as calling you a liar It could have been handled appropriately with good customer service and not trying to blame the customer for the employees errors and lack of knowledge Overall it was taken care of by the 800 number provided. They just need to learn how to speak to their customers with respect and an attitude of wanting to be helpful instead of calling you a liar.

7 Elevan Lyngby StationAbsolutely disgusting service : was spoken so badly when I asked the two workers who were both speaking to a couple for 10 minutes that maybe one of them could serve & not both be out of action? I was told to give them respect and if I didn’t like it I could go somewhere else?Am I missing something ? Can one not ask for them both to be serving one customer for 19 minutes without being spoken to like that, I find it disgusting to be spoken to like that as it’s their job to serve and not be slow as it does not require the both of them to serve one customer. They are supposed to deliver a service and not give attitude to people who just want a ticket!The queue was vast and many gave up and walked out.Do they not get training or can they throw insults at customers how they please.I have seldom come across such gross rudeness and if I could I would let 7 Ekevan know at their Human Resources but that’s not easy. Wake up people in denmark and ask for Service as it’s like you’re used to rudeness and just lack of decent service in your shops. 7 Elevan have employed some real planks in Lyngby station, they ought to get a lesson in how to speak to the general public and give a service without being a looser!

It was a great time what's with all the negative reviews? I want to 711 because I was thirsty and I just got got back from fox hills 4A Health party And I was really thirsty so We went to 711 to get a big gulp and I'm glad that it's called a big gulp because that encourages me to finish it up faster and take a deep breath and then a deep breath in a game I guess then just suck it up you know what I mean.

I went to 1740 E. Fremont in Las Vegas, NV "7-Eleven" after I donated plasma located one building down.I was tired, and needed to eat something.I purchased chicken 10 pc since they were on sale as 5 for $5. I purchased 2 bottles of Gatorade at $3.19 ea. and one Resse's Peanut Buttercup $2.59.I didn't get a receipt and didn't think about it either until I got home.I did see that I was being over charged for the chicken an additional $4.90 and the total didn't look right but I was starting to really feel bad and extremely weak so I figured I would take care of the issue when I felt better.I got home and found out the chicken was under cooked. Cooked on the outside and cold and like rubber on the inside.I called that store and was told that I needed to call the store manager that following day.After doing that, the manager told me it was on the night shift and the supervisor would take care of it.I called that night and needless to say, they tried spending me. Going in circles isn't what I signed up for. I called customer service Rene R. took the complaint and said my call will be escalated and the store manager would call me. He said because of the issues you experienced I am giving you 6400 points. I called NFCU and filed a dispute. It takes a while to get a response. It's been over a month now so I called 7 eleven again and found out that I was lied to.When you accept points they use that as a resolution and your case is closed.Know wonder no one called.I would have never accepted points over my refund!!!They are complete SCAM ARTIST.NO ONE GETS CHARGED FOR ITEMS THEY DID NOT PURCHASE AND ACCEPTS POINTS AS A RESOLUTION. AND CHARGED $14.90 FOR CHICKEN THAT IS JUST $10.00.No one will accept 6400 points as a resolution.That is why the agent that offered it didn't share the rest of what it means to accept points.I was scammed, and lied too and I will continue filing complaints until either the store or Corporate makes things right. I want my refund.You don't get to do that and get away with it.And speaking of points, I have never been able to use them and now I have over 6700 points.

This store is the dirtiest and filthiest 7 eleven I have ever seen. I am surprised that no-one from 7 eleven cooperate come by to checkout that store out.
