Very slow moving versus their…
Nothing great , not worth having outside of its competitors. This review is coming from one of its B2B partners . Very slow moving versus their equivalent competition , While already have offers or declines from other lenders these guys are busy trying to verify a silly insignificant information in order to even run the file. Like not checking of a "type of entity " when the title clearly states it being a corp . In this industry speed is everything , Accord is definitely behind the pace when it comes to responding back with offers . And when they do they're not very competitive , even when asking to compete vs another offer of their competition , they rarely have the leverage to re-work the numbers to make things happen . I have since stopped using them and prefer Forward, Expansion , Knight , Legend all who work twice as fast without the need to verify every single little thing before we even get an approval . I think this is more of an issue with their underwriting versus their level of service as that area has been without issues .

A preferred lender
Quick response time from the ISO Managers & Representatives alike. Very easy & honest company to partner with, stipulations for funding aren't too outrageous, and the monthly bonus structures are very competitive in comparison to other lenders within the industry. Overall, Accord Funding is a pleasure to do business with.
