Communications, response to questions and claims timely and appreciated.Only reason I can’t give a 5-star is because I don’t think they take into account long-time, accident, ticket-free senior policy holders who don't really drive as much (auto), but also install upgrades, such as full-generators, upgraded windows, doors, driveways, etc. (home).

Hassle free claim service
We switched to Acuity a few years ago after a referral from a friend and comparing prices. We had a claim on our homeowners policy after only a year with them due to hail damage and they were very easy to work with. We have been very happy with their service and comparable pricing.

They seem to be getting greedy
They seem to be getting greedy. Premiums spiraling upwards with no claims filed for over 10 years (and that was a minor one). They certainly don't seem to behave like MUTUAL Ins Company

When our HOA required additional information to be added to our homeowners policy, our agent, Candy Cornell, took care if it in timely fashion upon my phone call to her. Great customer service. You're only as good as the people that work for you.

I am very happy about my auto and home insurance rates. The agents are very helpful and patient if question and concerns. I tell everyone I know to at least call for a quote. I have been with Acurity for about 4 or 5 years. I am very satisfied.
