I have the Harmony River flush mount. It was a well packaged. I am using deionized water from my spot free car wash system, 0ppm. Nice tranquil sound does get louder as the water evaporates, note time to add more water.The lighting was too bright. So I changed the LED bulbs to dimables with options to change from warm light to day light. Also needed to purchase a remote dimmer switch. It is absolutley awsome now.
Professional, helpful and very friendly
They advised me when I placed the order about tariffs and made and sent the feature out on time. The delivery person walked the box up a very steep lane way…I had anticipated driving the car down and asking the delivery man to help me load it. It will be a bit before we can put the feature up because of renovations bout it looked great when we opened the box. This our second feature and would heartily recommend your Company.
We love our Adagio water feature that we have had for over 10 years. The water pump stopped working and Adagio was very helpful assisting us in the purchase and direction of successful installation of a new pump.

Adagio made the purchase and setup of my home water feature simple. The website made it easy to select a water feature with the finishes that we wanted. Customer service was excellent at being responsive and providing clear communication. My water feature arrived in perfect condition due to the sturdy crating. I had an issue with the pump shipped with my water feature and a replacement was shipped quickly without any hassle. I would highly recommend Adagio for anyone looking to enhance their home or workplace with a water feature!
High quality product with very clear instructions for installation. Stone selection was on point (actually looks better than the picture did when ordering). Overall a very sound company to work with although a little disappointed nobody called me back when inquiring about becoming a vendor.

The water feature is beautiful and Im happy with it. The only thing I dont like about it is that the water evaporates about 1 gallon a day in a dry climate like Flagstaff. Ive been buying gallons of distilled water as recommended but its a pain. Its not the waterfalls fault. Its just what happens when water is falling through dry air 24 hours a day.

Everyone at Adagio is very helpful and pleasant. I sent an email regarding a replacement part for my 20 year old fountain and was surprised to see in the response to my email that the salesperson found my 20 year old order (through a vendor, not even direct from Adagio) and responded with exactly what I needed. Great customer service!!
Water features are just ok. For the price they should automatically come with a remote option as well as a quieter motor. Also, the fabricated piece that sits in the bottom below the rocks was not fabricated correctly so my installer had to make adjustments. The tabs on the top of the unit just create more of an issue. It is not clearly stated that the tabs should be pushed in and the water leaked out all over the wall and floors.

It's a very well engineered product and looks great. My main concern is that on start up the waterfall never completely covers the rock face. I have to use a scotch brite pad to wipe down dry sections of the rock to get the waterfall to cover completely. Also, I didn't realize the high rate of evaporation in an outdoor application. Running the pump 8-9 hours a day, I add a half gallon of water daily.
You were very professional and quick on getting me the part that I needed to get my fountain running again.
