Rubber stamp for the big pockets

Rubber stamp for the big pockets. No fair analysis of the issues, and really just appears to fraudulently claim to offer arbitration and will rather instead rule in favor the businesses they have agreements with to channel business their way.

Slave of corporations

They pretend to be arbitration institutions but in reality they just work for big corporations in order to take away domains from smaller parties / individuals. When a domain claim is filled against you, you get to select the "panelists" (brand specialists) that would decide the outcome of the domains, you only get a predefined list of people you can pick. Literally all these people work for the corporations and their 9 to 5 job is to protect corporation's brand. This means that individuals or smaller parties have no chance keeping their domain name. This procedure is a disgrace. Corporate greed at it's best.
