Juniper Saved the Trip
The staff went out of their way looking through their inventory to find a replacement stove for our skottle. We were leaving town that day and needed the stove. When they couldn't locate one easily they kept looking until they found it. Great work and much appreciated.

Performed as promised
Performed as promisedI inquired about a mounting plate for my National Luna refrigerator while traveling to Colorado. After a day’s delay, I received a response and ordered said mounting plate after I was told it would be available the following Monday. Well, I was able to monitor the delivery to Juniper Overland’s office by FedEx notifications and was able to pick up the plate on Friday. Sweet!

Service was amazing, even though when I ordered it stated my part would be 6 weeks out, they called me to let me know why and when I would receive the part. All that being said I received it early and love the capability it added to my Scout camper.

I will never bring my truck here
I will never bring my truck here. They have the worst customer service. They seem to have no care about what service they give.I take my truck in for front-end suspension work. They say it will take a day. They called about when their shop was closing and told me it would not be done; it would be done the next day by noon. So I have to extend my rental car one more day. I took all that ok, but the next day, I called at about 1130 am, and of course, no one answered the phone, which is pretty common. I leave a message for them to call me, and they never call, so when I get off work at 130, I drive down to their shop to see what is going on with my truck. I talked to someone in the office, and they went into the shop and came back a few minutes later and told me that their alignment shop dropped the ball and had not done the alignment yet and it would be done by 5 o'clock so I drive home which is not around the corner, I live about 30 miles away. It was about 4 o'clock, and they called and told me my truck would not be done today. Everything is done, but the alignment if I want to pick up my truck and bring it back after the weekend for the alignment. At this point, I just wanted my truck and to be done with that shop. They refunded the money for the alignment, and I will get an alignment somewhere else. I will never use that shop again.
