Bait and switch. Offering free samples indicating free gel eye patches. Lures you into the store and high pressure sales tactics. Offering huge discounts in over priced skin products. Difficult to get out of there and guess what? No eye patches just hand lotion.
Creams were dried out once I got back to my hometown I should’ve opened while I was in Vegas
my experience has been amazing I met silver in las vegas where i bought a kimera iconic machine for my face these machines are exactly what they say they are absolutely fantastic used it for three months now the difference on my face is unbelievable i look years younger my wrinkles have all gone thankyou silver so glad I met you that day in vegas in the agora shop i look and feel amazing
I love my Agora products! Every time I go to Vegas I go to Agora see my love, my friend Silver ! He makes my face look great and takes good care of me! I love all the products that I get from them !! I will always go when I'm there and get my yearly products when needed. I have been using this product for 3 years now and love it!! Can't wait to go again!!
Hard sell, avoid, keep walking when approached with a free sample. If you take it before you know it you will be in the chair with the sales assistant who was a guy giving you the hard sell. It was intimidating and I ended up buying the under eye cream that I didn’t want for $100 then he tries to sell be a red light therapy. Don’t get caught in this trap stay clear!
This shop is a scam. They claim to offer “discounted” infrared devices for $1,200, which they say normally cost $8,500 — but that’s just a fake price they made up on their own website. The products are low quality, and they use aggressive, pushy sales tactics to pressure you into buying. DO NOT BUY HERE
It’s fair to say I’ll be back!! The travel from Scotland to Las Vegas was worth it solely to visit AGORA Cosmetics. I can only speak positively about my experience, the kind and welcoming staff and the absolute amazing products which was for sale. A very big special thank you to Silver who was so enthusiastic about their job and was such a diva. You truly made the experience what it was!! Thank you AGORA

The guy was pushy. He started with "See here, this is sold online for$999." I was ready to jump out of the seat and he could see that. Then it was "Oh look, it's lifting your wrinkles." My husband was with me. The sales tactic freak says "Now you know a happy wife is a happy life. " He tries everything to get us to buy the product. Then it's "Just for you to buy it today, I can drop it to $299. I'm not supposed to buy I can for you." He has it all bagged up and says "Cash or Charge" I have my own business and his sales tactic is to pushy. Me being me, stood up and said " Not today, but if I decide I need it I'll be back. " He literally gave me a nudge when my husband turned his back to walk away. Now had he done that again it would not ended well for him. Nobody nudges me nobody! Stay clear of you can't say no. Read their other reviews that it doesn't work and stay clear.
I too was rushing through the Venetian in Vegas shopping for last minute clothes after a 19 hour flight. My eyes looked bad. They lured me in with compliments on my hair (yep). Did the serum on my eye which tightened it up and looked awesome in dim lighting. I bought it $300. Then they showed me a ton of “before and afters” as they tried to sell me the $3200 ultraviolet light wand. Kept showing me how much it was if I bought online vs. there in the store. Every product was $900+. I said no to the mini car priced device that is “medically approved”, but he kept trying. I finally got away. $300 later, at home, this serum doesn’t work at all. I wish I was smart enough to research first. I felt like- if it’s in the Venetian as a legit store it should be “legit” right? No. Wrong. Duped and stupid here-$300.
If this is the same company that has a shop in The Venetian, Las Vegas, their eye serum is rubbish. The one I bought is definitely NOT what the lady put on under my eyes after her hard sell.....What she put under my eyes was like a cement which after being washed off had made my eye bags worse...It looked fine at the time, felt like it had tightened my skin. This is why I bought it. Must have been mad looking back now...SO, if any one here is intending to visit The Venetian shops on the 2nd floor, DO NOT get fooled into spending so much money on rubbish in the Agora shop. I only wished I had seen a review before I visited and was fully aware.
