We were referred by a friend in Japan and imported $20000+ worth of salon furniture (barber chairs, stylist chairs, hair stations, shampoo units etc) from AGS Salon Equipment. During the long communications for over 3 months, they have been very patient and helpful. Prices are very good compared to other American brands, and we are all surprised by the good quality. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Installation took a bit of time but we had our friends and family come over to help. Thanks 👍

I went to AGS showroom first to see whether they have what I wanted because my first purchase with them was a couple of styling chairs that everyone loves. My recent purchases included several ODESSA backwash shampoo bowls and TAHITI styling stations. They were delivered promptly and easy assembly as usual. One of the chair pumps stopped working after a year, I emailed them a short video taken with my phone and they sent me a new one right away. Thank you.

Yes! Still posting on every site possible about AGS! I am so pleased with this company! We made a $30k investment in new equipment for our salon. I had more questions than answers and I shopped around with over 6-10 optimal vendors to conduct business. AGS had great reviews but more importantly they had many examples and sample videos of the product. We had to purchase 10 stations( but we started with just one set of everything first - assess the quality! They delivered. They even sent videos to confirm how to use and install their product! They were thoughtful about which products would work best for my style and they were able to accommodate my shipping request. I had to strategically time the delivery with the completion of the salon renovation construction - they helped change the delivery date when salon construction was delayed. Herman is THE BEST! He is patient, kind, accommodating, follows up and he loves ABBA! I am so impressed with AGS quality product. We ordered 12 barber chairs from the supplier we've been buying from for years and were disappointed to find that they had changed manufacturers and the quality of the chairs we normally get had gone way down. We returned those chairs and ordered new ones from AGS Beauty (The pictures on their website were beautiful and the product videos were very helpful) and they were WAY better quality than anything we have ever gotten before! Wished we'd found them years ago!

Beautiful Styling Station and Wonderful Customer Service
We needed two styling stations for our new salon. However, at the time we placed the order, there is only one station in stock. We called the company, and they immediately contacted the manufacture, and arranged making additional one as well as the shipping. We received both stations before our new salon open. The stations are built at high quality, and are very beautiful. Our customers like them, and we are satisfied. I will definitely be coming back to them for more purchases!

After a trip to the showroom I picked out my 2 shampoo units and 4 Styling Chairs. I recieved all items timely and we'll packed. Love my new chairs. There was a mistake in the ordering and i recieved the wrong bowls. So very impressed with customer service and they made the trip to get me the correct items. Horrible from the first delivery. Long story short they sent 1 delivery guy for 5 pallets of furniture delivery. My stylists ended up helping. Stations were missing parts, some were damaged, they did send out replacements after multiple pictures and videos. After only a year of use the chairs are breaking. Once I contacted them about this they wouldn’t replace them. I purchased 8. They said they would replace 4 chair tops if I would right a good review on 4 websites for them. So here’s my best review ( trust me I left a lot of bad out) how many of you have been bribed for a “good review”?
