I've been with American integrity for…

I've been with American integrity for over 18 years and living in the town of green cove springs Florida 32043. and due to hurricane Irma. what we received in green cove was the back lash of the hurricane Irma meaning the windstorm it took down trees all that good stuff. this happened in 2017, I called American integrity claim service, LLC. I was told an adjuster was going to contact you and discuss your loss. I never ever was contacted by an adjuster. and I never received an in-person inspection that I was told. and my son tried to repair as much as he could do on his own. this was my only ever claim since I've been with American integrity then they told me get the estimates for all the repairs I did that and I submitted it.it has been 8 years of back and forth with phone calls and no one ever returned my phone call except recently. I did receive a phone call from Marlina, I do have a recording of her message to call her back, and I did. and I did today at 10/27/25 I spoke with rep.graham 10/27/25 he claimed that he did not know who she was. and then he connected me with a department that could help me at 11:59 today. and like always no one called back like they are supposed to and now its 4:48 right now. then I also tried to reach Mr. Ritchie the CEO. but I know he's busy and he has no idea what's going on with the company on how they are operating. its ashamed they take your money and cancel your policy when they decide not to help you anymore. pol.#AGH153573. due to the length of my claim not being resolved it caused more damage and my money. Signed Christina Bonner 10/27/2025 maybe the CEO can show them with ethical and professionalism and honesty.

The worst insurance company I’ve had in…

The worst insurance company I’ve had in 30+ years. I sustained a direct hit from a hurricane, damages validated by multiple contractors and they denied the claim after years of inflated insurance premiums.

Absolutely Terrible Experience

Absolutely Terrible ExperienceI would give zero stars if I could. American Integrity Insurance is hands-down one of the worst insurance companies I’ve ever dealt with. They are quick to collect premiums but painfully slow and evasive when it comes to honoring claims. My property was damaged, and despite providing every document they asked for (multiple times), they dragged their feet for weeks, then denied the claim with a vague and unfair explanation.Customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and often impossible to reach. Every call feels like you're being passed around from person to person, none of whom seem to know what’s going on. It feels like they’re trained to frustrate customers into giving up. I’ve had insurance for years and never experienced anything this shady. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind — stay far away from American Integrity Insurance. Total disappointment.

Do not do business with American integrity or We Insure

I left Liberty Mutual after 20 years and found American integrity through a company called We Insure. On March 20, 2025 I was quoted a price and told my deposit was $342.19. I gave authorization for an automatic withdrawal and the agent told me it would happen on April 16, 2025. On Saturday, April 5, 2025 I received notification that my policy was canceled due to nonpayment. When I called the company on April 7, I was told they would have to see what they could do and I would have to reapply. I finally got someone who told me they would call my agent to see what happened. After an hour or so I learned that the payment I made for April 16 was withdrawn on March 20 and was taken back by the company on March 26. Additionally, I was given notice that I now owed $710.45 by April 19 or the policy would be canceled. No one from American integrity or from We Insure notified me that I was being canceled for nonpayment although the payment date quoted to me was for April 16. No phone call or email sent. How would I know my payment was rejected if my bank was never notified and my understanding was the payment would come out on April 16?My bank confirmed that they never received a request from the company to withdraw the $342.19 from my account. Obviously someone at their company screwed up on the account numbers. So I was canceled for nonpayment before the actual due date! Do not recommend either company to any of your friends because if somebody puts your account number in incorrectly, you will be canceled with no notification other than the standard cancellation letter sent to everyone.

Credit where credit is due.

I had a (simple) question about my new home owners insurance policy I signed with American Integrity through an insurance agency. The insurance agent (Insurance Express) of the carrier (American Integrity) was unable/unwilling to respond with a simple YES or NO to the query. So, I had to contact the carrier directly where I immediately received a clear answer to my question. Simple, right? So far so good with my policy...I hope it stays that way.

Very bad company

Very bad company, I found a statement from my mortgage company stating that American Integrity increased my payment from $1,699. to $4,441. without noticed however offered to spread my payments out. Nope, not going to happen, I'm also filing a complaint and ensuring that all my social media family know about this company. So, they can consider having stuff change here shortly, I have over 3Mil followers. Very bad mistake on their part. I thought maybe it was because I'm black, but time will tell.

doubled HO insurance without any notice…

doubled HO insurance without any notice to the property owner - found out when the mortgage company wanted $4K in a mortgage payment on top of the routine $1600 payment. Will be dropping them to go to Progressive & file a complaint with the insurance commissioner's office. somebody's getting a hefty kick back on this game plan !! - I'm not paying for it BTW.

I recently faced a difficult situation…

I recently faced a difficult situation at our rental home due to several serious mistakes made by our property manager. Thankfully, we have American Integrity Insurance, and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with their service. I called their customer service line and was immediately connected with someone based in the United States. The process was straightforward and efficient. Within just an hour or two, my adjuster, Rubin, reached out to me. We met in person, and he thoroughly analyzed the situation. Rubin went above and beyond, not only addressing our insurance needs but also helping to remedy the situation with the property manager. His professionalism and dedication were truly remarkable. American Integrity really lives up to their name—they put the "integrity" in American Integrity! We are now loyal customers!

Premiums are ridiculous

We’ve had AII since our home was built in 2017. Right after home we moved in we were hit with hurricane Irma. We are very impressed with our builder. We didn’t have any damage to our home. Then, we went through hurricane Ian without any damage to our home again. Even our pool cage was left in perfect condition. We never filed a claim yet our insurance went up last year over $1000 and again this year over $1000. they were extremely rude when I tried to contact the office earlier this year trying to get a quote of what my insurance would be this upcoming year and they told me that they are only allowed to give me that information when renewal is near. Anytime I’ve had to call the office to ask questions about my policy, they were rude. Their prices are absolutely ridiculous. I should not have to pay because they had to dish out money to fix other peoples homes. We have never filed a claim, and we are not in a flood zone nor have we had damage to our home or the homes around us. We are done with this company.

My premium went from $1,800.00 annually…

My premium went from $1,800.00 annually to $3,200.00! They had my house covered (On their own) at $425,000.00. It's barely worth $300,000.00. I got them to lower the coverage. Spoke to my finance company and they said that I would be getting a refund of the difference. I called and asked AI.... the agent said oh yeah, let me check. She told me that I needed to sign the cancellation for the 1st company. It was cancelled on 29 April. It's now May 16! So if I hadn't called, nothing would have gotten done!!!!!!!

Had a claim after Ian

Had a claim after Ian. Damages before deductible were approximately 25,000. Adjuster came out and wrote estimate below the 7k deductible. Called back and another adjuster came out. This time most of the items (5) were recognized as hurricane damage. Then the claim rep was changed. Almost two years later, I have had at least 3 writers and 4 agents. Still waiting for the payment of two remaining items. I was told the check was in the mail a month ago. Called to speak to a supervisor and was told a return call to me would be made within 24-48 hours. Still waiting?????? Terrible customer service. They renegotiate coverage after contract and payment is made. Whats up with that???

Premium $8,300 from $4,200

been with them since 2016. Premium went from $2,400 in 2022, $4,200 in 2023 and now they are asking $8,300 for premium. Never filed a claim, new roof, hurricane shutters, etc. Maybe they are trying to get rid of customers.

Lack of Communication for Services

This insurance company is the worst service. I contacted them to get an auto insurance quote and was told to complete online, after I did that, I have never gotten a call back and heard back just to get a quote, and that was 4 or 5 months ago. Recently, I got an email to schedule an appointment to review my home insurance policy, which was scheduled today with an agent and NEVER got a call. These are just the simple things and they cannot follow through. I can only imagine if you have to file claim for something and there is no communication. This company should be a shame. It makes sense after reading all the reviews.

Had Ian damage

Had Ian damage. 3rd party adjuster came out went over all the damage with him Received an estimate initial check for down payment for roof. Went over the pool cage endorsement coverage, other structure coverage B, damage to boat lift and canopy, when soffits were blown off, water and wind penetrated the attic and blew the insulation into a snow drift like pile. New insulation covered. We worked through it, and just renewed. The price went up because increasing building costs values because we have replacement costs coverage. The rate only went up from .92 to .94, still a big number, but they did their job and paid a big number also

AIICFL Worse Experience Ever - Lack of Response 3rd Party Claim Adjusters

AIICFL sent me a low ball estimate and check, and then closes my claim in December 2022, Had American Integrity reopen the claim and haven't received any updates from AIICFL or Sedgwick (3rd desk adjuster) since. Reached out to the Florida Department of Financial Services and they contacted AIICFL who now has 50 days to response. Save yourself the frustration and hire a PA. Everyone in my neighbor has a new roof and I still have tar paper of some sort!

Useless and incompetent

Useless and incompetent. Chase after a claim an chase again and again then use excuse to delay, not notified them in a timely manner of claim. Not true and months have passed, no up to date response from Adjuster except with engineer that was January. Will attempt mediation.
