Do not entertain this company as a viable option!
Was sold a reservation for MS Parking in Philly to catch a flight. Paid online and got a confirmation email shortly thereafter. Arrived to the parking lot and they had no clue who I was. Total fraud. Online found out that Way owns and operates this 3rd party broker. Spent 30 mins on the phone trying to get it the charge rescinded from Chase, which they ultimately did, but still had to pay 2x what I'd initially shelled out. So frustrating and now they're engaging me in appeals to cancel the charge dispute to reach a resolution through their company. Laughable. Fool me once I guess...wish I could get star review in the negative for all the time/$ wasted and then, I'd also fire on an exponent for effect. Company should be shut down by regulators.

Looks like a great deal until you get to the part where you crank in payment information. Only then will you find the 30% "taxes & fees" markup. Apparently they count on the fact that people can't do math. When you factor in the hidden costs, the long-term lot becomes the more cost-effective and equally convenient option.

This was a terrible experience
This was a terrible experience. It wasn't until I made the reservation and arrived at the hotel that I saw in tiny print the height restriction of 6'8". That caused us to have to scramble at the last minute to book a different site after Way.com lied to us and told us nothing was availible. I needed to get what ever I could and get to the airport for my flight. I contacted customer service and requested an accommodation be applied to .y new reservation which they had previously said none were availible and they said only thing they could do is apply a 10.00 credit to some future booking which I assure you I do not intend to ever use. The operators are almost all unintelligible on the phone as well.

Operated by Way this reseller of services has no control of the venders they represent.They can’t manage, extend, change your reservations. When your plans change you will be left to deal with it on your own.Our experience:Booked airport parking through Way only to find out there was no phone number or way to contact the lot to update our reservation. Customer service never responded.They were unable to extend our reservation due to a flight cancellation.We provided pictures of the lot, staff, and the hazards to no avail.Book anywhere else.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. I paid for more expensive parking because cheaper options said no shuttle. Guess what? The expensive parking had none either but no one care to say. It cost me $50 more to order shuttle. It would have been cheaper to park at the airport.Also, Hilton Garden Inn is no better either. No signs that tell you where to park. You had to go inside to get a parking pass which took time when there was no time left. The front desk had no rush to get it done quickly.Overall bad experience. Do NOT use them.

Car vandalized, do not recommend
The hotel (Aloft/Element Love Field, Dallas) workers were friendly and helpful, including the shuttle driver. But the lot was not secure, and our car was vandalized, driver window smashed, and all tires were stolen on the second night our car was parked there. :-(

Hidden fees at Airportparking.com
I booked online and paid for a spot at EWR. When we arrived the attendant informed us of a 5 dollar a day fee for small SUV. We were in a Hyundai Kona, which is smaller than most cars. Hidden fees and unfair charges. Would never recommend or use again.

Overbooked - no notification
I showed up at the hotel at 3 am on Thanksgiving morning and was told there was no parking available. But, I made a reservation! Sorry, overbooked, no spots available. Reservation means NOTHING. No guarantee. Well, wasn’t the purpose of the reservation to guarantee me a spot? Wow, my plane leaves in 2 hours. What am I supposed to do? Lesson learned. Never again.

Dent in car from JFK lot
Upon picking up car at JFK lot, a dent in passenger rear door which was parked at lot from 8/22/2025 thru 9/7/2025. I had previously taken photos of car before leaving it which clearly showed no damage. I was instructed to call back the following day. The next day I called and was told they would review their parking lot video. For the past 3 weeks I have called but they only say that Mohammad will call me back - he never does. The damage to the car came to $424. DO NOT PARK HERE!!!

Unreliable shuttle from the airport
We returned from our trip and called them to send a shuttle. After a while one came by, but the driver only stopped long enough to say he wasn't taking anyone on, and that the next shuttle would be in 10 minutes. It didn't come. After about 20 minutes I called again and was told one would be by in another 5 minutes. After another long wait a shuttle came by, and the driver said the shuttle was full. We waited a total of about 45 minutes and finally got a taxi instead. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE.

Parking at 1400 E Touhy Dr near ORD
Booked a spot at 1400 E Touhy Dr near ORD, had no issues parking & taking the shuttle to the airport. However upon return couple weeks later, the shuttle never showed up at the airport as described by the website (waited close to an hour). When I called customer service, generic instructions were given & was not helpful. Ended up taking a different shuttle from a nearby hotel to get back to the parking lot/car.

Purchased parking that was supposed to include free airport transfers. When we returned from our trip we called the hotel for shuttle pick up. We were told 20-25 minutes. After 30 minutes and no shuttle I called the hotel again. They told me they didn't have a shuttle that day. I needed to call an Uber or taxi. Costed us $30. Messaged airport parking.com and they told me basically oh well. We can't do anything. They sold me the package and I paid for a service but they aren't liable to provide it? Don't use them, they don't stand behind what they sell.

Poor customer Relations company advertised a shuttle…
The company advertised a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. As we had an early flight, we checked out the night before and the did NOT have a shuttle. We cancelled our reservation immediately via the phone and followed up the next day with an email. We were flying most of the day so that was our first opportunity to send an email. They would not refund all our charges because they said we cancelled outside the 24 hour window. I would not use this service ever again if this is how they treat people. If they did what they said they would, this would not have been an issue but they failed to deliver on their end and yet still charged me.

They will not be picking you up on any schedule
Waited over 30 min to be picked up, sitting at over an hour to be taken back to my car from the airport. Link they sent is "broken" and shows no active shuttles so now I can either keep waiting for an unknown amount of time or pay for a rush hour taxi back to my car. Customer service completely unhelpful. I probably could've walked to my car by now. One of the worst experiences I've had.

Before booking parking, I called the places listed on this website, and they told me they don't even sell parking. The companies I called have contacted this website to demand their information gets taken down but the website won't take down their information. Either the website doesn't have the manpower to prevent fraudulent issues, or I the entire website is a scam

Horrible company
Horrible company. Stay clear of them. They will not refund if your flight is canceled and you have to depart early. I went around and around with them after all the flights were canceled at JFK due to a minor fire occurred at departures. They made me send them boarding passes like three times. They then denied my claim. WORST. Just use them for parking lot research then call the lots directly.

Stolen vehicle
In reading other reviews the only thing that caught my attention was bad shuttle service or similar. Parked at the Embassy suites location in Grapevine to fly out of DFW. On site staff and personnel were friendly on point and helpful and their shuttle was timely. However upon return to retrieve my new truck it had been stolen! After speaking with police and filing a retort it was reported to me that this area is a particular HOT area for vehicle theft! They busted one of the largest vehicle theft rings in the US in July-August of 2024 (very easy to look up and validate after this experience) wish I would have done due diligence prior. (CONSUMER BEWARE)!
