I have used this service for quite some time, as I am always coordinating faculty travel to and from Bennington College. This service is ALWAYS on time and is extremely reliable. Even in bad weather, they have done incredible work in getting me where I need to be. The drivers who come are always welcoming and nice. I will continue to use this service, and I highly recommend anyone to put their faith in Albany, NY Taxi Service.

I’m extremely disappointed with Albany NY Taxi Service. I was charged an outrageous $37 for a simple 15-minute ride to Albany International Airport. The driver attempted to justify the inflated fare, but the explanation felt like an excuse rather than a legitimate reason. For that price, I could have taken a more comfortable Uber and still paid significantly less. This experience felt like price gouging, and I won’t be using this service again. I strongly advise others to explore more transparent and affordable alternatives.
