Customer service is extremely disappointing. Communication was great during the purchase, but getting support afterward has been nearly impossible. Multiple calls and emails from both me and my local bike shop went unanswered for weeks. I like the bike, but the lack of service makes it hard to recommend.
Absolutely love the quality and design! The bikes are super smooth to ride and really turn heads. Customer service was top-notch too! Definitely worth checking out!
I’m obsessed with this bike! It is fast and very comfortable over the rough stuff. I haven’t gotten it out bike packing yet but that is next. I am very pleased with my purchase and the customer service from Alchemy is second to none.
they are honest about their bikes. and the arktos rips!!! I ride the 125 and it is as smooth as could be. pedal efficiency and climbing is insane. and for a 125 it handles the rocky trails of Colorado with ease. serious bike.
After one season of riding the bike, I have nothing but great things to say about it.

Bike rides really well, but eats suspension pivot bearings. I need to replace the pivot bearings twice a year.

Lycos frame was shipped perfectly and customer support answered all my questiions. Even to recommend different approaches on the build. The frame is beautiful and everyone came over to see it when i had the bottom bracket installed at the LBS.
I needed a part that I had messed up. I had emailed and asked about the bolt. He said he would have it waiting for me when I got there. He didn't charge me for the part. This is over a year of having my bike. This is always the level of service I get from them. I have needed help with various issues, one warranty item and a few general questions for working on my bike. They have came through every time. As long as Alchemy makes bikes and I can ride bikes I will be only buying from theses guys.
The Alchemy Arktos is the best bike I've ever ridden, and Alchemy's customer service is second to none. No notes!
Alchemy was great during the sale of the bike. Don’t bother trying to get assistance for service from them. I called, emailed and my local bike shop emailed and called. None of us got a response after several weeks. Love the bike but this is my second attempt at service.
The bike has been great! Well built. If I could order the same specs again I would. An amazing bike for the money. Have been using it for training for mountain bike XC season. Did first gravel race last weekend and bike performed flawlessly
Great Bike Overall!Pulled the bike out of the box and it was like finding buried treasure. Immaculate. Fit, finish, parts, packing everything 10 out of 10. I love the parts spec, the TAG carbon bars, the Sram T-Type transmission and the I9 Wheels. Exquisite. One issues I had was the shock was not torqued. As I got the bike assembled I noticed something was "knocking" when I lifted the bike and moved it around as I was mounting the wheels and getting everything dialed. Simple turn of the Allen key to resolve, but someone not accustomed to bikes might have had a tough time with this. Easy enough for me, but this should not have been missed. I let Alchemy know and they confirmed this is very rare and I believe it. As I rode the bike the Fox Transfer post failed and would not return to the "up" position. I went to Alchemy with this, as this is who I bought the bike from, and they sent me off to hunt this down with Fox with an explanation of "how the bike industry works". This did not sit well with me, as I bought this bike from what I thought was a high end dealer, and was treated like I was bothering them. I ended up buying a replacement as I wasn't going to have my bike sit around for a month while Fox fixed the post. That being said, the bike is amazing, it rides and looks 10 out of 10. I've been riding the wheels off of it since I got it sometimes riding three times a day. Before work, during lunch and after work. Can't get enough! I doubt most buyers have the issues I did, and just know if something on the bike breaks, they will send you on a side quest to track down the manufacturer. Overall, I'm happy and love the bike!

Had alot of issue w the baby link and pivots. Broke 2 baby links in 2 months. The rear triangle was constantly loose. The bike was great for about a year. Just sold it.
The Ordering was painless and the Bike came on time. Exactly what the said. Simple to put together, The paint is amazing, the the bike is exactly as the they listed. No BS!!!. The customer service was right on point and available when ever I needed them. With a real pro person. Will recommend 100% Thanks Guys
