Used All Roads Express for my move from Austin to Denver last month. Overall, not bad. The guys showed up about 30 minutes late, but they called ahead so it was fine. They wrapped my furniture pretty carefully, only one little scratch on a table corner, which is kinda expected I guess. The quote they gave was close to what I ended up paying, just a small extra for packing materials. Communication was decent, though I wish they were a bit quicker with email replies. Would probably use them again if I move back, just maybe book a bit earlier next time.

Move to Phoenix, Arizona. The team was 45 MINUTES LATE, which was seriously frustrating cuz I took time off work. BUT, they worked like crazy to make up the time. They were so polite and apologized for the screw up. Everything got loaded and unloaded with care. Good job by the actual movers, but the logistics part needs a little help.

They moved my grandmother's antique piano. I was TERRIBLY nervous, but the guys from All Roads Express totally calmed me down, they showed me exactly how they packed it in those special protective blankets. It arrived in Seattle perfectly fine, thank goodness! The only weird thing is one of the guys misspelled Allroads (no space) on the final inventory sheet for some reason. Minor detail tho. Piano is safe!!!
We moved our small office in Miami over the weekend. The crew was quick and pro, although one of the helpers looked visibly spent by 4pm. Needed them to handle our server rack super carefully. They definitely used the special crating method they talked about. Respectful handling of business property, overall a good job.
Was looking for someone with competitive rates for my Austin, TX move. Got 4 quotes, and ARE offered a genuinely good price, especially considering their 17 yrs experience. There was a lil confusion with arrival time (they called me about 20 mins late), but it wasn't critical. Final price didn't change at all, which is a BIG plus. i'd hire them again.
OMG, local move, 2 bedrooms. The most important thing was safety for my stuff and they were awesome. They wrapped EVERYTHING, even my cheap IKEA table legs, like it was fine china. Super impressed how cautious they were loading and unloading. One guy kept calling me 'Ma'am,' which was kinda funny, but def clear this company actually cares about your belongings.
