This is a scam company
This is a scam company. They promise you the world before signing, and after signing, they disappear and stop answering their phones. They give you fictitious names. One mobile number is answered by different people, and you do not know who is who. The contract stated that the book would be published in 3 weeks. It took them 4 months, and the book was never published on the other platforms. They used my credit card to purchase the author's book, and then they said it was a mistake. All the 5-star reviews are fake. Just be aware. The industry is full of scam companies, and this is one of them.

What made my experience great was how Jeff Dawson listened to my input. I can be a challenging person to deal with, especially on a project that means so much to me. Jeff was doing his job when he tried to get me to sign on for an art-directed book cover, or other services you offered, he was professional in his approach, but when I told him that all I wanted was a basic bound book with nothing fancy, he understood and turned the project around in record time. I can't say enough about how Jeff delivered my project on budget and on time!!!It seems that seldom, in today's world, you get what you pay for. In this case, I believe I ultimately received a great value and it was well worth it. I'm now running around, distributing my "book" to family and friends. In every case, I tell them what a great operation you have.Also, kudos to Emily Brown who signed me up in the first place.
