Horrible customer service
This place operates like a business that is a scam. They do not return phone calls, they do not reply to emails, and they do not answer the phone. I've been trying to get in touch with them for over a week with zero success. This is not what an American Bath factory business should be doing to its customers. My freestanding tub was leaking from the light and I have been trying to get assistance so I could use it again to heal from surgery, but I have been unsuccessful. If we could give less than one star, I would put their review in the negative. Horrible customer service! Send your business elsewhere and hopefully enough people see this where they could file a product defect lawsuit against their company for the freestanding tub that leaks from the light. It's one thing for the product to go bad, it's a whole Nother thing when you can't get in touch with the company to help rectify the situation. DO NOT BUY!
