DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I have been waiting 6 months for them to straighten out a problem. Their company should have been in touch with KDP to apply the monies I had earned so far. They never did this. That means any monies due me I will not get because the original problem was not resolved. Extremely bad service. Not professional. Also my E mails to all three original contacts keep returning to me; indicating those people are not even there any longer. A lesson learned by me.

NO! Do NOT USE THEM! They will tell you everything you want to hear, but they do not follow through. I had two books, one was published at my pestering 1.5 months later than my contract, and the other never got published. Project managers did not respond, book covers crappy with 0 vision, I paid for 1 month of marketing and that never happened. They try to upsell you all kinds of things. Stay away, seriously. Note, they also go by: Project Camp and Amazon Publisher Hub.

This company has no experience and maybe experimenting with publishing or looking for a quick buck. I had to correct many mistakes this so-called company made. I finally gave up and demanded a full refund, and I am waiting for it. Anyone who uses a name from another legal name without their permission is encroaching on their rights as a person or business. I gave the rating a 4.0, although if I could I would rate them a 4.5. The overall team consisting of me, my project manager (Jenika) and her team, were pretty much cohesive and overall worked well together.Jenika did a good job at listing to my detailed instructions and making sure her team responded effectively. I would use ABS again if I needed a service like that.
