They take a lot of time to create the website. They will ask if you want services for 1, 5,10, or lifetime. Despite me taking lifetime, 10 months into service the sabotage my website after asking me for more money. They charge to get password. If you choose to pay for password, change it afterward. Make sure you keep all receipts and make sure they add amount of service in the receipt

I had a really disappointing experience with American Web Arena. The sales pitch sounded great, but once payment was made, the level of attention and urgency dropped fast. Deadlines were missed with little explanation, and I often had to chase someone down for updates.When work was delivered, it wasn’t aligned with what we discussed—several key requests were overlooked, and revisions took far longer than they should have. The process felt disorganized, and I ended up spending more time managing them than they spent executing.If you’re looking for reliability, transparency, and professional follow-through, this wasn’t it. At the end of the day, they took my money and hid.
